Sangam Resort, Pilani

horrible....pathetic.......a big "NO" to everyone .....please don't plan any type of stay in this property by any booking site (#cleartrip) or even direct these guys are fraud .....they will leave no stone unturn to spoil your trip.... I booked a deluxe room near around 10 days before my trip by Cleartrip and my booking was paid and confirm. When we reached to destination on that day i called to this hotel near around 12 o'clock to ask check-in time, Mr. Aditya (owner) said to me that it's not matter if you have booking it means your booked room remain vacant even if you do not come, i will never give your booked room to anyone.....so you are free whenever you want to come and stay.... By his words i relaxed and did my other stuffs and then near around 9 o'clock in night when i reached hotel this guy told me that you haven't booked any room and your booking is cancelled...i was shocked how this possible. As it is night and i am with my family....so I am very worried and i crossed question to him a lot but Mr. Aditya was not at all agreed that i have booking even on contacting to Cleartrip ......on requesting to him (as i m with family and kids are also with me) he gave me a room that room was a disaster (compare as used in "C" grade movies) in basement full of dirt, stinky smell, dirty bedsheets, unusable washrooms with lizards, spider webs, dirty curtains and many more which i cant explain....terrible. It is near his hotel dumping room. I want to take action at that only but i was afraid if these guys did something wrong with us as we are unknown there and with family too. Somehow i passed night over there and as soon as sun rise i checked out from there. On checking out Mr. Aditya not even gave any refund of our room and not having any guilt what he did with us. After leaving from there i called Cleartrip as well but not good response from their side too....they are saying that as you have used room so no matter of any complain ......so no help from there. This all happen with me...i request you all please don't plan any stay in his property and be alert before doing any booking via Claertrip.. ""big No to this property""

It's a decent hotel with absolute basic necessities. The staff won't bother giving much service but I guess no one goes there for service. If you're visiting someone at BITS, this is probably the best choice. Very close to the highway, only 5-10 min drive from BITS and the food is also ok. The room was not very clean but manageable. Ac was working fine but the TV wasn't. They had hot water supply and parking space.

Decent place to stay. Swimming pool is not properly cleaned. You can find insects swimming along with you. Food is good unless its a bulk order. Bar has good ambience if we compare it to others in Pilani.

We have not stayed in the hotel itself but we're there to attend a marriage. Good: It has a spacious ground for arranging any party/function for around 700-800 people at a time. Bad: It is a bit outside the main town area, so there are nO chances of catching an autorikshaw that can take you back to the city. But if you have your own vehicle, then their is nothing to worry.

Looks like a lodge. Owner very rude. Asking for immediate payment, as soon as we entered the property, and even though advance was given and no mention of upfront payment made. Rooms not clean. Overall a very bad experience. Would not recommend

The most attractive feature on offer here is the availability of a swimming pool that is a respite in the sweltering heat of Pilani. The pool is fine as far as maintenance is concerned, no issues there. The food is what you would typically expect at a hotel to be - nothing extraordinary, but definitely filling. I haven't stayed in the rooms, thus cannot comment about it or the room service. In all, the experience has been alright.

New hotel, building loks clean but with with lack of basic facilities. No power back up. We stayed overnight.. food quality just ok...room wasn't clean...cigeratte butts in the room. Bathroom very low pressure water supply. Next morning no water in toilet...due to no electricity. Staff non responsive...no one picks phone. It was a horrible exp. Plz check water & power supply before you book. Don't recommend to anyone...due to lack of basic facilities and extremely poor service.

Very bad hotel, its services are far more worse than its unsupportive staff. Nothing enjoyable for a decent family stay. It has a swimming pool though. But not clean and hygienic. This place maybe good for boys groups and alcoholics as it has a bar and pool. But do not stay with family. Warning: Intoxicated people may disturb you. Very very bad experience.
