Hotel Rathi heritage

Very bad experience from the so called manager. Very arrogant, ill mannered and dangerous. We reached late night there. He refused to lift our belongings as staff was not available at night. He gathered other people to scare us as we ask him to carry our belongings. You have to lift your own suitcase. Finally, we change the hotel around 2 am. I would like to give half star to this hotel.

Both service and staff are very bad . Very argument manager.his corrector is not good and bhikhari manager (anop gila)

Well Behaved Staff and polite too, Good Condition Room's, Hot water, etc. Must Stay when in Nokha(Bikaner).
