I recently stayed at Manohar Villa Neemrana, and it was a refreshing weekend getaway! The resort is nestled amidst greenery, offering a peaceful vibe perfect for relaxation. The architecture has a rustic charm, and the open lawns are well-maintained--ideal for family games or evening strolls. The staff was polite and tried their best to be accommodating. The food was delicious. Rooms were spacious but could use a bit more attention to cleanliness and upkeep. Overall, it's a great place for families, couples, or even small events like weddings or reunions. With a few improvements in service and room maintenance, it could be a 5-star experience.

I have given 2 stars for rooms because first they gave us rooms from which bad smell was coming. We had to ask them to change the same. Toilet is small but manageable. Rooms looks bit old, it should be maintained. Swimming pool was also not clean, small insects were there and water has some smell. There is only one big plus point in this property that is food. Food is delicious. We had dinner and breakfast and both the meals were tasty. We really enjoyed our food. Reception staff should be courteous, restaurant staff was responsive, no complaints. We went for lunch as well but I think they did not put water in the coolers so it w as very hot, we were not able to sit there. That can be improved. Game, pool table and carrom board is there which were not maintained properly.

Hi my family booked it for my sister's marriage recently. This property is very easily reachable as it's just on highway. The rooms , decor specially food was just awesome. The staff is also very nice especially Mr. Arun the GM of the property he is hard-working guy. He understands customer needs. I really liked his customer dealing skills. I recommend this property to everyone as it's just amazing.

1 Star - Worst Resort Experience Ever This was by far the most disappointing resort stay I've ever had. While the property itself may look appealing in pictures, the reality is a completely different story -- especially when it comes to staff behavior. From day one, the staff showed a total lack of professionalism. They were rude, unresponsive, and acted like guests were a burden rather than people to be served. Basic courtesy was missing, and any questions or requests were handled with irritation or outright ignorance. However, the most shocking and unacceptable part of our stay was the extreme misbehavior of the resort manager. Instead of setting an example for the team, he was arrogant, loud, and completely disrespectful. When we tried to address a concern politely, he reacted with hostility and sarcasm, speaking in a tone that no paying guest should ever have to tolerate. It felt like he was doing us a favor by allowing us to stay there -- completely the opposite of what hospitality should be. The entire experience left a bitter taste. We were looking forward to a relaxing holiday, but this place turned it into a stressful nightmare. I genuinely regret choosing this resort and would never recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs -- your time, money, and peace of mind are worth more than this.

This property location is good but the overall experience was so unpleasant. Initially the allocated rooms having bad odour, infact all rooms are not maintained well. Having black patches every where. No doubt the size of the rooms are big but the paid prices doesn't justify the quality. Now if you are thinking to order lunch to wait time for small meal is 40-50 mins. Unexpected. But yes the food tastes above average. The multi cuisine restaurant, the size is quite big but they Air conditioning doesn't work properly. And yes don't expect too much cleanliness inside the restaurant. Swimming pool is not clean. One more interesting thing, staff asked to check out at 11PM but on booking it was 12 noon. On asking the staff, the reason they provide is they need time for cleaning. Something is really wrong with the staff here.

1 Star - Horrible Staff Behavior, Especially the Manager I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was too awful to stay silent. From the moment we arrived, the attitude of the staff was cold and indifferent. Simple requests were met with eye-rolls, delayed responses, or were completely ignored. There was a clear lack of basic hospitality training and courtesy. But the most shocking part was the behavior of the manager. Instead of resolving issues, he chose to escalate them with an extremely rude and arrogant attitude. When we politely pointed out a problem with our room, he not only dismissed our concern but raised his voice and spoke in a very disrespectful manner. It felt more like a confrontation than a customer service interaction. He lacked all professionalism, and his behavior was aggressive and unacceptable. We came to this resort expecting a peaceful getaway but left stressed and disappointed. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to think twice. The location and property might look nice online, but no view is worth being treated this poorly. A resort is only as good as the people who run it -- and sadly, this one fails miserably in that area.
