**Hotel Antariksh Review - Extremely Poor Experience** My recent stay at Hotel Antariksh was extremely disappointing due to mismanagement and lack of basic hospitality. Despite booking three months in advance and confirming my arrival two days prior, my room was not ready when I arrived in the evening. This was especially distressing as my sister, who is seven months pregnant, had to wait without proper arrangements. We were left wandering around for 1-2 hours due to the hotel's negligence. On top of that, the room conditions were terrible: - No water bottles were provided in any room. - Towels were either missing or so dirty that dust was coming off them. - Many rooms had broken flushes and non-functional water jets. - Basic toiletries like soap were not provided. Given that it was a wedding time, the lack of preparation and poor maintenance made the experience even worse. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management needs to take guest comfort seriously and improve their services to avoid such terrible experiences in the future.

The management of the hotel has gone down the drain. The staff including the manager is unprofessional. They don't have good staff and knowledge to run the hotel. The rooms are dirty, the blankets smell like they have not been washed since a year and toilet is very unhygienic. They don't even provide basic amenities like shampoo, towel, water bottle etc in the rooms. We had to request them 100 times and in the end had to purchase these things out of pocket. Also the lights in the common area do not work, you will need a torch to roam in the common area. I would not recommend even a single day's stay in this hotel.

The hotel lacks even the most basic amenities, and the service is completely inadequate. * There were not enough towels, and the ones provided, along with the bedsheets and blankets, had a bad odor. * The flush and shower were not working, making the stay very uncomfortable. * The geyser was non-functional, and even the check-in process was frustrating due to a poorly designed switch system that required bending the key to insert it. * The TV in the room was present but did not work at all. * The hotel had dim lighting throughout, creating a dull and unpleasant atmosphere. * Although a lift was available, it was completely out of order. * There was no in-house food service; instead, they brought food from outside upon request, which took an unreasonably long time, making guests wait unnecessarily. * The breakfast was poorly arranged and lacked quality. With so many issues, staying at this hotel was a complete waste of time and money. I strongly advise against booking a stay here.

The services at the hotel were very poor. The room keys provided did not work properly, requiring a lot of effort to open the door. Many lights and power points were non-functional. The washroom was in terrible condition, with seepage all over the room. To make matters worse, the water heater was not working, which was especially inconvenient during the winter season. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rajasthan.

First of all ...all photos are not a distance resemblance to current condition ... dont be fooled. I have been to many places and visited hotel/home stays but this hotel is unlike any other. No water bottles No toiletries (not even a soap) No Towel No food @ hotel Dim lights all over hotel ( seems like horror movie set) Staff seems to be running away from guests/ ignoring to avoid any request. Stinking n dirty rooms Stinking n dirty blanket , sheets Heater not working Jet spray not working No toilet roll Lift is there but not working Prices are on par with a good 3* hotel and you get all above facilities. It seems hotel is going to shut tomorrow and you are last guest today. If you want experience of lifetime unlike any other hotel do visit here.

Worst experience , geyser does not work , beds are smelly , no one in the reception , no food service. This hotel does not look even 1% of what is described in makemytrip etc. please stay away from this. Make good use of your money.

My request to all my travel agent brothers is that the hotel staff is not cooperative. I am a iata travel agent. I have a corporate client's who shared the problem but the hotel staff not was very friendly and neither refunded me not allowed me to use it in future. Please do this before booking this hotel, please consider whether this hotel is worthy of giving 4* and who understands the problem of your client.

Now its old and rooms are dirty but service is good and staff is friendly
