Jollywood Banquet and Resort

Very very poor service. I attended a wedding on 11-12 may 2025 and experienced a very poor delivery of services. The check in and check out facilities were very poor. The staff is arrogant. They won't provide you with water, no vehicle for interior travel. Most importantly, they will switch off the ACs of the banquet halls whenever there was a function. They want only money and after you pay them, they will refuse any service. They will become arrogant and will blame you for their inefficiencies. Highly recommend to avoid any function on the property.

3rd grade place. Attended a wedding. Rooms are very basic. Overall hygiene is very low. Looks like they have hired roadside staff. Food was super oily and basic cleanliness was missing. Internet was not working. Can keep on going but in a nutshell. Not worth at all

We had our wedding at this location on May 11th/12th and it was a huge disappointment. The service was terrible, and the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The erickshaws, which we were told would be readily available, were rarely on time and often nowhere to be found--when they did show up, the drivers were more interested in doing other business than actually transporting guests. The private pools in the rooms were dirty and clearly not maintained, and to top it off, there was no room service at all. The ACs in the room were not working and he only provided us with 2 towels for a 3 person room. For a place that markets itself as a wedding venue, the experience was shockingly poor and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

The owner and management were extremely unaccommodating--even delaying to turn on the air conditioning in the banquet hall during the meal gathering. For such a large wedding party, the check-in and check-out process was poorly managed, causing significant delays. The management was generally unhelpful, and several facilities were not functioning properly. The linens and towels provided were old and visibly dirty. I would not recommend this resort for hosting weddings or similar events.

For a resort that markets itself as a wedding destination, the lack of basic facilities and proper customer service was unacceptable. Overall, it was not the kind of experience you would hope for during a special occasion, and I would not recommend Jollywood Resort for events or stays until they make serious improvements.

Amazing rooms, super spacious.. specially the bathrooms views, lovely gardens all around, swimming pool..full cleanliness.. overall a great choice for your special celebrations or just a getaway. ,
