Shrilok The Heritage Resort

The resort is located near the famous Harni Mahadev Temple. Rooms look very good from outside but lack basic maintenance. Since rooms are located in different blocks, services are not upto the mark. It would have been better. The resort has a very large lawn and hall for family functions.

The place was looking good from the outside But the inside experience was clearly below average!! Isn't as good as it seems!!!

The resort experience was disappointing. The food quality was poor, service was inadequate, and the staff seemed untrained and unresponsive. The room and bathroom were substandard, not worth the price of INR 2500 per night. Additionally, the bathrooms had a persistent unpleasant odor, and the rooms were not properly cleaned during our stay. Moreover, they failed to provide a daily water bottle service.

This is a resort located in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The resort is big enough to accommodate 150 people in their lawn area for small events like Birthday party etc. The resort has around 60-80 rooms in villas and adds to the Hotel area. Talking about the room, in terms of look/ambience it was really good however if talking about maintenance it requires a way lot of improvement. All the rooms, bathroom was really smelly a very strong pungent smell was coming from room and bathroom , there was even a small lizard in the bathroom. Further, the rooms service was really really bad, we called 4-5 times asking for the single service. A lot of things were not working like Villa's centralised AC, rooms AC did not have remote etc. They have an inhouse hotel as well where you can enjoy the food (I did not try the food there) and breakfast, I have tried tea which was Okayish. They have inhouse parking facility but it won't accomodate more than 20 cars after that everyone has to park outside the gate. I think a lot of improvement can be done in terms of staff training and services, room maintenance etc.

Overall the hotel ambiance is good but the room's condition needs to be improved. (AC was not working properly, no telephone in room in order to communicate with reception, bathroom was not maintained, flush was not working, no water in tap etc)

Clean and large rooms. Has resort rooms, villas or cottages options for stay. Budget friendly. Good response from staff is there. All available services in rooms or villas like AC, Hot water, Blankets, Extra mattress etc. Only risk is drinks and smoking in outside areas. Inside its no problem.

Service is worst... They don't even listen to you if you ask them for anything. Staff needs to be trained how to talk to guests. Room service is pathetic. Food is hardly better. Only external ambience is good but management and staff is not upto the mark
