Rating: 1/5 Only good thing was the main reception stage decor. Other than that, our wedding at Green Palm Hotel and Resort had major disappointments. The garden area was full of potholes, and several guests tripped and fell. The banquet mandap decoration was unacceptable, with old, dirty flowers that were never replaced. The mandap wasn't cleaned after the previous wedding until 11 AM, even though our event was scheduled for 8 AM, causing major delays. We were promised clean rooms early in the morning, but they were handed to us only at noon--and in a terrible condition. The bathrooms were dirty, smelly, and unusable, while the bedsheets had stains, including blood stains. Guests had to use bathrooms in other areas because the rooms were so unhygienic. The manager, Mr. Manmohan, was no help for the cleanliness of the rooms or receiving the rooms in time. He demanded full payment upfront but failed to deliver even basic cleanliness or timely service. This place absolutely made it very difficult for our guests and was heartbreaking after what expectation was set for us after the initial viewings if the location and the major money that was paid.

Resort is good with a big open garden area and hall area rooms all facility is available, recently i attend a marriage in the hotel manly in cities and in marriage garden resort hotels mains issue is for parking but this hotel have sufficient parking space.when i visit connection road work was under process.
