Vivaana Museum Hotel

I came back to Vivaana Museum for the second time and I surely will soon come again. This heritage building from the late 19th century is beautiful : all the rooms And bedrooms Have been restored with art and great taste. The dining room with its adjoigning rooms is so original, Nice and amazing. This year, Tripti, a New and talentuous head chef has been recruited and her food was so tasty and fine. The best I Have tasted since the beginning of my trip. Her Soups , in particular, are famous. And to the reception all the team is perfect, very welcoming and helpful, particularly Sunil and of course, Rahul the general manager who know everything. He will give you always the best advice and will always find a way to help you. With lot of kindness. A place not to be missed !

Kudos to the owner who has spent a lot of thought behind renovating this old haveli into a magnificent hotel. Each and every detail has been beautifully planned and built and works flawlessly. The staff is very polite, and in true Rajasthani "Manwar" style takes care of you. Finally the FOOD - mind blowing, Michelin 6Star quality and variety. I wonder how do I get so lucky...even though I booked this hotel purely based on Internet research--- not on any ones reference!!

Superb hotel, the room was spacious with very nice decorations. We had a pleasant stay and the staff was very helpful. |We had dinner at the restaurant Ambri, it is an exceptional restaurant, the veg menu was very tasty: we had paneer cannelloni, rajasthani dal and rabodi ki sabji. The chef tripti came out to personally explain the dishes and she suggested the specialties.

The whole experience was outstanding.|A warm welcome with a ceremony performed after a walk through the exhibits .|Our room is authentic and well appointed. I have taken a photo to remind us, something I never do.|The restaurant is very atmospheric.|We were served by Kishan who was very attentive. |The food was created by Tripti the head chef and was nothing short of magnificent.|I would whole heartedly recommend the hotel

This place... Incredible food! Best vegetarian food I have ever had so far? Loved it! Ask for Mahindra as he's a really good host.||People don't know this village most of the times, but we liked it more than Mandawa to stay the night. They also have a swimming pool!

The details, quality of the rooms, service and everything is top notch. Wonderful food and ambience. Food was delicious and prepared to perfection. The staff was also polite and professional. Overall it was a royal experience that we would surely come to enjoy again.

A beautiful hotel and restaurant in Nawalgarh near Mandawa. Located in a beautifully restored art deco Havelli. The best Indian food on our trip through the Rhajasthan countryside. I would return again for this chef. Tripti is very talented.
