ShriGo Hotel Nathdwara

Perfect Location for Darshan and Statue of Belief. Few things required focus on. Staff are not welcoming and lack of customer service. Rooms condition are not good, bathroom power socket are loose (very risky for kids), some power sockets are not working in the room. We have booked Premium Room category. Also, Room Windows are hooked with wire and no closure exists. Foods rate is 7/10. I do not recommend if you are looking for comfortable stay and excellent customer service, if location is the only priority - this is perfect choice.

Bad experience. They charged me extra money. I booked a couple room but they charged me extra for each person. The room they provided was very dirty. Blankets were very dirty. The staff and manager are also not co operative. They were very rude and we paid 500 rs extra for nothing. Really bad experience. I would tell everyone not to waste your money.

Shrigo Hotel is built in a very good place. The locations here are also very beautiful. And it is near Shreenath ji temple and statue of belief to go to the temple and statue of belief conveyance is easily available any time . The food here is also very tasty. All the staff is also cooperative And the view of the hotel's executive room is very beautiful, from which the statue of belief is visible.They did not even charge me for early morning check in

Poor services and management. Rooms were very untidy. The couple room was very small and cannot accomodate two people. Rooms were smelling. Toilets were also not clean. Book this if you want to waste your money. Night staff was very rude and behaved very badly with us.

Not a customer friendly hotel. Once you booked they will not cancel or adjust dates even if you have medical emergency. Once you book you are stuck. ... Reply :- I already did mail on provided mail month ago still i did not get any reply from you side. Why you sending mail when you don't want to reply?

Worst experience You get thin mattress on the floor in name of extra bed. Blankets provided in extra bed are very bad, no sheets were given as well. Would not recommend to stay here.

Good Service and Hotel is well maintained. Hotel is on a good location, very near to The Statue of Belief. Stay was Excellent!

Few things like Kettle and Ac were not working . The location is perfect . Staff is nice
