Visited to celebrate my birthday -- and oh boy, the food was truly delicious but that wasn't the only thing that stole hearts that evening! From the warmest smiles at the door to plates that looked straight out of a Masterchef dream -- every little detail was a story well-cooked. Hospitality that felt like home, flavours that felt like a celebration, and memories served with dessert! Special thanks to Chef Pannalal & team at Radisson Nathdwara for making the special day even more beautiful... and deliciously unforgettable! We went to Radisson Nathdwara to celebrate my Wife's birthday. It was truly delightful to experience such impeccable hospitality and culinary excellence. The attention to detail in food & its presentation reflected both creativity and delicacy. The warmth of the service team, coupled with the elegant ambiance & quality service, elevated the entire dining experience. Compliments to the Chef Pannalal and the entire team at Radisson Nathdwara for maintaining such high standards. A perfect example of what 5-star hospitality should feel like!!

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experience at your hotel. Unfortunately, the hospitality I encountered at the front desk was very poor. I found the staff to be rude and not in line with the high standards expected of a Radisson property. It is essential to have a team that embodies professionalism and is well-versed in the five-star hospitality standards that Radisson is known for. It was an excellent experience to have breakfast at Radisan Nathdwara. Specilly to mention about the friedly attitude and superb services provided by " Mr. Gautam ". Enjiyed the stay and everything that you have to offer except that a small lakunha. Why you guys dont keep a wheel chair available for a customer as it really was a problem as my mother couldn't walk and had to face problems. It was excellent otherwise. Thanks, Sagar Rao.

I had high expectations for this property, given its five-star rating and reputation. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of shocking. For a luxury hotel that markets itself on exceptional service, the behavior of the front desk staff was appalling. There was no courtesy, no effort to assist, and absolutely no regard for basic hospitality. This isn't just about poor service--this is about the failure of a hotel to live up to the very essence of what makes hospitality worth paying for. When a guest is treated as a nuisance rather than a valued customer, something is deeply broken in the culture of the establishment.

I had a fantastic time at this hostel! The rooms were comfortable, and the common areas were always clean. The staff, especially Sourav and Goldy, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even better. Highly recommended
