Need Maitenace of Property, Bathroom all connection are very dirty,loose & Leakege . Flush is not working, In Kitchen they charge Minearal water 1 Lit 30 Ruppes in Shtreenathji all restaurent charge only 20 rs,So kitchen staff charges high. Overall its 2 star resort.

Nice resort in Nathdwara,Rajasthan. Best place for homely food with good service.

The room was of average quality, but unfortunately, it was not hygienic. There were stains and hair strands on the bedsheet. Despite this, the room itself was decent and suitable. However, the washroom was unhygienic. The location was very nice, with a garden available for relaxation. I had a troubling experience where I was changing clothes and a waiter entered without knocking or ringing the bell, even though we hadn't requested any service such as food or water. Regardless of his reason for entering, basic hotel protocol dictates that he should have knocked. While I acknowledge I should have locked the door, the waiter is still at fault. My parents spoke to the management about this incident. Initially, they claimed not to know who the waiter was and offered excuses. When my dad asked for the owner's contact and reviewed CCTV footage, they declined to show it. We left, only to find out later that another family had a similar experience. Though they didn't disclose specifics, it involved inappropriate behavior from a staff member towards someone in their family.

Nice resort close to temple, unfortunately not maintained well in wash rooms resulting in to bad stinks in some of the rooms.

We are a group of ten friends who stayed two days at this place. This place is on a small hill with a beautiful view of green hills. The rooms are very good with a veranda and wooden jhula. Friendly staff and excellent service . Free rikshaw service for Temple darshan. Best food . Highly recommended this place for family and friends.
