Metro Hotel Nathdwara

I recently stayed at the Metro Hotel in nathdwara, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable be and excellent amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect fo exploring the city. I would highly recommer this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in nathdwara ..

Recently i visit metro hotel nathdwara and our welcome a warm smile and ensured a smooth check in process. Sakshi and khushi was well informed about the hotels amenities and services.. providing details information that helped us settle in comfortably. Her approch was not just about routine services, she went the extra mile to make sure is felt valued as a guests..

Nothing is good in this hotel and don't pay first... in room bedsheets- pillow covers - toilet - bathroom - doormats everything is very dirty..... Manager - room cleaner - receptionist no one is responding even after personal visits at reception. No hot water - no services - no wifi... every promises are worst.. no one is bothering at all. Worst hotel so far we have experienced.

Outside good but rooms are not up to mark Required renovation no TV working in one room staff said it will not start Not providing drinking water unless call more than 3 times Costly as 3 star service and room as single star

Bed sheets were dirty, hot water unavailable. Zero in the name of room service. Left over food and dishes were laying in the lobby at very early morning around 4am, so you can understand the meaning of service

I had visited the Restaurant with excitement to try their Punjabi food after Covid. But I was disappointed with the Lunch served. It was bland & unsalted !!! The staff was inexperienced, I ordered Paneer Tikka sabji but they prepared something else and served !!! The Kitchen Management needs to be improved

Metro Hotel is a very nice place, I visited here with my family and had darshan of Prabhu Shrinath ji. The hotel staff has maintained it very well and takes great care of cleanliness. The rooms are very nice. The food here is very good, all in all it is very good

Dont pay first... pillow covers - bedsheets - toilets - door mates - flooring every things is dirty... All level Staff manager -room boy - recepnist - room cleaner are very lazy... No hot water... throughout timings ... No WiFi.. .. Nothing is good in this hotels... Brockera & agents are booking this rooms but everything is bluff...
