Maruti Group of Hotels - The Shivam || Best hotel in Nathdwara

Visited The Shivam for a day but ended up extending our stay, that's how much we liked it. Though they don't have dedicated parking, they manage it well by parking the car right in front of the hotel with a guard stationed outside, which felt secure enough. The hotel is neat, clean, and tidy. Rooms are spacious with good furniture and fixtures. Bathrooms were clean too, which is always a plus. The standout feature has to be the view, you can see the majestic Statue of Belief (Shiva Statue) right from your window. It's also just a 10-minute drive to both the Statue of Belief and the Shreenathji Temple, making it a perfect location. Their in-house restaurant Satvik serves good food, and the staff is well dressed, polite, and helpful. I felt completely safe visiting with my family, definitely girl-friendly and secure. Overall, it's a budget friendly option, and I will surely visit again.

The hotel rooms are comfortable, but the staff needs a lesson in hospitality. The room one of the family traveling with us got locked, they were travelling with a 5 year old and had to wait 2 hours outside. To add cherry on top, the girl who claimed to be from housekeeping, then called herself the manager, smirked at our plight when she saw us struggling to get inside. It was funny for her to see the guests in distress. Kahan se aate hain aap sab in hospitality industry, Is a mystery. When called to ask for an extra bedsheet, we had to explain why we needed one, the staff had to break open a window to get into the room that was locked, they took the bedsheet from us to keep the glass, so we had to explain this to them when we asked for a new one. Manners? Hospitality? Zero To add to all this, we had made sure we dont throw garbage in the holy city of things we ate on our journey, collected it in a garbage bag, and asked the staff to please add it to their daily collection place/dustbin. What do we get to hear, " bahar ka kachra hum ko mat laake do, hum hotel ka kachra hi phekenge" like seriously? If we had brought the garbage, up to our room, and left it there on check out, then it would be your garbage, right? Im never to recommend or stay here in the future. Ever. The rest is upto shreenathji to decide how long you can get away with this lack of competence or training. Jai shree krishna

Very bad service. The bed sheets were not replaced with new ones. No tissues, empty hand wash bottles (We asked for refill but no one cared). Breakfast was included in price but after we did breakfast the staff said that it was not included. Very much of noise distrubrance at night.

The behaviour of the reception staff here is not good at all and I did not like the behaviour of the manager and staff at all. They do not even know how they talk to the guests and the service is not good at all. The room was also not good, it was very dirty and the service is also not good, they only loot money. The hotel does not have facilities like night lamps and does not accept credit cards or debit cards. And there is also parking problem at the hotel. There is no online booking system, bookings are made only on a case-by-case basis...Even if I ask the reception downstairs to clean the room, the room is not cleaned and the toilet is not cleaned.
