Very close to Nathdwara Shrinathji temple. Rooms are small but just enough for two people. The rooms were definitely not cleaned, linen not replaced from previous customer stay and towels were not washed. Hot water available 24x7 which was good. The boys at reception were really good and helpful. Rates are in the air there is no fixed rate and varies as per demand and as manager wishes.

The most pathetic travel experience in my life .Wish I could give negative marking for this . 1.No pick up from new cottage as promised while booking . 2. Even after reaching hotel no help from staff in carrying luggage . 3. They don't even know which rooms are occupied .they opened a room to give me where someone was already staying and they opened that room how terrible . 4. After all the mess they give a room they said it's 1600rs and while checkout they charged 1800rs 5.The rooms are pathetic .bad linen. Fans not clean from 3-4 months for sure.noone came to clean room and in 2 days stay not even once was washroom cleaned . 6. Painting and renovation work was going on so horrible smell of paint kept coming and in afternoon carpenters would use drilling so we couldnt sleep. At night insects and mosquitoes wouldn't let you sleep. 7.Do not leave keys with them for cleaning .not trustworthy staff.very bad attitude of manager , cleaning staff.I guess even owner is a part of this scam as he was least bothered when we were shouting on his staff .Fraud is a small word to use .they are chor . 8.They wouldn't pick your call even if it rings continuously .they would be standing right there busy playing games on phone but wouldn't answer you or your call. 9.We happen to forget some cloth at the hotel which we realised a day later .I knew it would be surely gone but I thought I give it a try .called hotel and they spoke so rudely as though I'm begging them .they could atleast reply politely. 10.it maybe close to mandir gate but it's a climb up to steep slope so definitely not worth for senior citizens or someone with walking problems . I'm literally saying please don't go to this hotel your spiritual religious trip will take a toll on you . Overall nothing great in this hotel at all .it should shut down for sure .

Bhakti Palace, Nathdwara: A Convenient Stay Near the Temple Location: Bhakti Palace boasts a prime location in close proximity to the temple, facilitating easy access for devotees. However, accessing the hotel with luggage from the main road may pose challenges due to vehicle restrictions. Room Quality: The AC rooms are tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The mattresses and pillows are commendable, contributing to a restful experience. While the room ambiance is pleasing, additional lighting would enhance the convenience, particularly for getting ready. Accessibility: The hotel's facilities cater well to senior citizens, offering amenities such as elevators and bathroom chairs for showering. Its proximity to the temple minimizes the need for extensive walking, making it an ideal choice for elderly guests. Hygiene Concerns: While the overall cleanliness of the hotel is satisfactory, the washrooms require attention. Deep cleaning is necessary to address lingering odors, which can be off-putting for guests. Recommendation: Despite its convenient location and comfortable accommodations, Bhakti Palace falls short in terms of washroom hygiene. However, for senior citizens seeking proximity to the temple and accessible amenities, it remains a suitable option. Overall Rating: 4/5

My experience with this hotel was disappointing from start to finish. While initially, the booking process seemed smooth, with the owner being attentive and responsive, the actual stay was far from satisfactory. Despite confirming my booking well in advance and receiving assurance from the owner, the communication was persistently pestering, raising suspicions about the integrity of the establishment. Upon arrival, I was informed that the premium rooms I had booked were unavailable, contradicting the documented proof I had. This led to a frustrating argument and coerced me into paying extra for subpar accommodations. The premium rooms, though decent, were overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of the staff, who were often found dozing off in the lobby. Furthermore, opting for a standard room for temporary use exposed us to a nightmare of rodents and incessant pigeon disturbances, rendering the experience unbearable. In hindsight, I regret choosing this hotel and strongly advise against it. Despite the tempting prices, the lack of integrity, unprofessionalism, and poor maintenance make it a regrettable choice. My stay here was nothing short of a disappointment, leaving me feeling cheated and utterly dissatisfied.

Below Average hotel!! Never ever book this one. We booked only because it was near to temple but the owners are very rude. I booked directly via Maruti group Mr. Harshit who said "Paise pure lenge toh suvidha bhi puri denge" but it was all opposite. We booked three rooms and had paid 50% before check in..at the day of check in, they said you guys came late and hence we have allotted your room to other guest. The reception guy openly abused owner Mr. HARSHIT AND AJAY stating for half day this marwadi people sold out your room. I was with my 1.5yr kid and had so much issue to check in. Worst was after check in. The pictures I've uploaded says all how the rooms were. Pathetic rooms, no hygine, only wallpapers pasted on wall to look good. Bathroom was unclean and lights were not working. 4 bedroom's one of the washroom was worst then public washrooms! Mr.Harshit'a wife was co ordintaing when I complained about such room so she gave us one upgrade to 3 bedroom room which again was equally worst. Overall I shall say not worth the price you pay, there are many other hotels in an around and are much better then bhakti palace. Owners really need to learn how to talk to customers and accept the mistake. I had booked in the month of March!

Pathetic service by Maruti Group of Hotels- Bhakti Palace. I booked this hotel on 07/05/24 from make my trip. My booking was from 14/05/24 to 16/05/24. I got a call on 12/05/24. That ur booking has been cancelled. From our end. As we are having a group booking. Very unprofessional attitude from the Maruti group of hotels. And manager Mr. Ajay. Of the Bhakti palace hotel. All of a sudden they denied. Never book a hotel from Maruti Group of Hotels Nathdwara.

We stayed here for my 1yr old first bday for 4 nights with my parents and family in laws side from Ahmedabad who visit Nathdwara often. From what each of them said this was the best place they ever stayed at this close to temple, and the best time ever had just walking out to back gate of temple for darshan several times a day. For the price we paid booking online, we loved the higher end rooms on 3rd floor on sunny side with views of city, with corridor hangings and interiors in general. We still ended up paying on higher side by booking online, since rates would be cheaper at hotel, that I had hoped I could exchange for after check in but still did not get. I also recommend going up to 4th floor for light shows on Shiva statue in evening and food at Sakhdi restaurant a few steps down from this hotel. Since this is right within temple precinct, luggage can only be carried by hand (or hand gadi), but would be a one time effort for staying in middle of festivities all day long. They are also renovating to 4th floor and the listing may appear new on some booking sites, but is definitely an established setup with staff and service, so it turned out good I had gone ahead with my large booking initially with confidence after google reviews.
