Hotel Shri Vithalesh

We have stayed at this hotel for around 4 to 5 times. The first time when we visited here due to its close proximity to the temple, we chose to stay here again, first time. The staff was good and everything was alright and after staying for a few times here we have realised that the staff is not very friendly. The room itself are also not very clean. We when we checked into the room, the bedsheets were already having a lot of spots on them and when asked them to change, they did not change it very quickly, but when they changed it still had some spot so the hygiene is not very top notch. The bathrooms were alright won't say squeaky clean, but just clean enough to use them as for the exhaust was not working in the washroom due to which there was a smell continuously living inside the room. Then regarding the staff, the staff is also not very friendly. We decided to stay here for 2 1/2 days. For the first two days. We gave the complete amount and for the third day because we had a train at 5 PM, so we decided to stay till that time and we paid the complete half amount as required for a room, but even at 5:15 or 5:30 PM, they kept on lingering us kept on bothering us that we need to empty the room ASAP. Even if it was just 15 minutes even after what they have charged is the actual amount we did not bargain on it at all, and the staff is not very friendly. Also, the manager who sits at the bottom of this hotel. he is quite rude. He is always making faces. He's so unfriendly to us. He even when we always talk to him nicely. He's never nice to us and he just makes a face whenever we enter the hotel and it bothers us and we even hesitate to ask for something as in get our stuff warmed up in the kitchen or anything because it's hard to go out of the hotel every time, even if we have to fetch a glass of warm water, we hesitate to ask them because they are always so rude towards us and we are deciding not to stay here again because maybe later on. We'll try to stay at a good hotel, even if we have to pay a little more, at least, we'll don't have to tolerate all this, so I would suggest that I stay for a day or two is fine here, but not much and don't expect them to do much for you. If you need some help because they are going to have a hostile behaviour towards you. The only reason behind staying at this hotel for this many times was its close proximity to the temple and the price point. But I think I will prefer to stay at some other hotel which is also at a close proximity, but I will pay 1000 more to them because now it's not tolerable. It's the behaviour is very unlikeable and it's not at all hospitable

Pathetic rooms- very very small Stinky smell, room small enough to barely occupy two people. We took the room paying extra for third person assuming the sofa cum bed would fit the third person but then disappointed - only a small cat can sleep here. Rooms and bathroom also dirty- stains all over the place. All bed sheets, towels full of stain. Even their staff people acknowledge these but said owner doesn't want to change anything! No hand towels, and hardly any toiletries provided. Also all lifts to rooms starts at floor 1 menaing all senior citizens need to wall till floor one to grab a lift. Also hotel on inclined road so difficult to walk with elder people. Plus point is location- close to nathdwara temple gate 2. Also you book via third party websites then you might get lower tariffs else calling the hotel directly wld mean u pay a lot more out of pocket. Would suggest try other hotels nearby- i personally visited like hotel surgam, hotel pratiksha, hotel vrinda!

This hotel is located about 150m from gate number 2 of the Shreenathji temple. Because of this its location is the biggest convenience. If you are traveling here by rickshaw, the drop off point is at the start of the market which is about 600m away - so be ready to haul your bags or hire a porter. The rooms are small and looka bit dated - the interior walls could do with some attention as the paint is peeling. The towels surely need to be cleaner as they has stains. They have a large waiting hall with a washroom that serves as a good place to wait while your room is being made available. It is also helpful to store luggage before or after check-in/checkout. We didn't have any food or tea/coffee here as the food stalls are very close by and we prefer the snacks and tea there. Overall - I'd recommend this place if other hotels are full. I'd give this place 3.5 stars overall.

Roughly 3 mins walking from main temple's back gate. Relatively newer construction, so rooms are clean. Rooms are of varied size so do confirm bed side n possibilities of extra mattress before hand. We booked multiple rooms as we were group of 18 people. One room was so small that it had a small queen bed still no place for extra mattress, and other room has a king bed plus ample space for extra mattress. 24 hours hot water available which is a need as many want a to ha ehot water shower at 5am fro magalla darshan too. Overall decent space to stay. Hotel management show improve quality of towels :) and bed lenins

This time pathetic experience with this property I'm there regular client every year I visit but still they treated like new client . 1. When I visited they didn't took any entry. And after they realize that they didn't take it they asked me harshly to do entry in there register I said I'll do first I'm going for darshan as I'll come back I'll do. 2. No staff come up to drop down the lane we were two ladies. Being in shri ji place u dont expect. All this it's highly disappointing.

Full of attitude of manager. No manners how to talk with customers by manager Room is very small and smelling like nala never go again I don't like this hotel 1 out of 5

Best place for stay near Shrinathji temple special when family have senior citizens. You easily in front of shrinathji within only 20 minits if you stay at vithalesh hotel.
