Poor quality of room service and room hygiene. Although location is very convenient for nathadwara temple.

This facility has the potential to be a 5 star hotel but currently it's far from it. Plus - we got here super early and they gave us 3 rooms (non AC) which was a nice gesture as we were 3 families. That's where the good part ended. Negatives - We booked 6 AC rooms we got 5 non AC rooms. No towels in the rooms till 4 pm. Sheets have holes in them. Bathrooms smell bad and big fat roach in one of the rooms. NO WIFI which was advertised and confirmed by our agent. In any case I highly recommend hiring a good property manager as the hotel has a lot of potential.

Worst hotel in nathdwara I had stayed here and all facilities are worst.if you order something from them the put 200 rs commission on the product. Bathroom smells very bad . Not wifi working No tv working No water geasure working No lift

The staff was very arrogant we had advanced booked paying advance money on the day of our arrival they did not allot us rooms one 1 floor and charged extra when asked for rooms on same floor The staff then charged more money saying we are offering gezer facility. No true to words. There are many better hotels than this one . No lift no proper service

The staying in hotel was awesome and fascinating. We were having amazing experience of the hotel. The staff members and accommodation facilities were upto the mark and food was also delicious|Nice location and near temple.|I recommend

I stey there 19/5 night 2 rooms is given and location vise near shree nathji temples walking distance and room is also big and cleaning and payment paid resneble rate 305,307 no. room and staff is very superb my car parking better side park and morning tea is best test with below hotel generaly i say my side review superb hotel From Sanju Patel Surat

Very Good staff and very good service. We had a super senior family member with us, they cooked food according to her demand and wish and was fresh and healthy. The service is very good and they serve you with so best wishes
