Hotel Kanhaiya Palace

2 min walk from Shrinathji Temple. The rooms were Quite Decent. They have a 3 room category as per the carpet area. I got quite a small room but Net & Clean. They only provide Tea, Coffee, milk and Mineral water. No Food option available. Yes! Nearby restaurants can provide hotel delivery.

In ratings if there was zero available then I would have given that....very unethical people, we had booked 3 rooms with specific room nos.however since we were traveling from Mumbai we were not going to reach before 6 pm. On the day of check in we got a call from the hotel enquiring at what time we will b arriving....we happened to reach earlier then the scheduled time and upon reaching we found that our rooms was alloted to some other guest on hourly basis and out of the 3 rooms they denied us the confirm 2 rooms and gave us other rooms with which we were not happy at all . Still we took them with out arguing we were there for 2 days none of the days our rooms were clean , nor washroom were clean and towels provided were used ones.On the top of that whenever we passed the reception area their staff including the manager gave us arrogant stares which is not on the unethical but very rude too. Very unprofessional will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of the most unprofessional staff and service I have come across. Highly dis-satisfied. The rooms were allotted to someone else even when we had booked it. The staff named specifically Hitesh was worst to talk too . He had no manners to talk to elderly parents. He didn't even turn on air conditioner or fan while we were sweating. The keeper had a way of saying pick one key or else leave from here . They were unable to resolve until the partner cum owner stepped in. They made sure we still didn't get the room we had picked . Points to take care while booking - 1. Don't book here . Lots of other and better options are available 2. Incase you book expect horrible cleanliness, unprofessional staff 3. Expect no prompt room service or humble way to talk to guests . Review from suffered guests . Hoping to help others .

From some room windows you can see the Statue of belief . Sachin the owner is very nice and behaved very politely also helped us wherever required. Will again stay in this hotel only. Note we had a group of 40 ppl

Don't book this hotel because they take advance booking & not alloting the room which we have booked they cheat people they are not giving booked room but they take hefty price from last moment customer & give good room , staff is very rude they are not trained how to speak with guest some what way you can say idiotic behavior

Location near temple is a plus point ,clean n spacious rooms, house keeping services also good

Very nice place to stay in Nathdwara. Near by temple walking distance Staff behaviour and service is good And also they providing drivers stay facility and all good
