Third class Hotel in nathdwara... very rude manager and stafff... unfair persons... Threatening to customers... Making fooll to all... unsafe place... Dont visit this place even in urgency.. (0 star out of 1000)

I have a never ever this type hotel .very bed behaviour staff and owner.i request all visitors.dont go this hotel , totally disappointed.most things owner behaviour,

Worst rooms ever. There are better rooms in other dharamshalas around. 5*8 sized room with the worst smell, no ventilation and nothing soothing about the experience.

Rooms were very short and not have space for luggages, bathrooms were not cleaned. Firstly the manager was good but at the time of checkout he charged extra money and behave rudely . Not recommended at all to stay

Worst ever experience. Manager didn't allow to see room before booking. Less space even no space for luggage. Leaking and dirty bathroom with very less space. Owner was asking and scolding for extra money from each customer by making new reasons at checkout. No power backup. Completly dark when no electricity. Manager Narrottam tripathi was misbehaving with almost all customers. Horrible...

He is the man who doesn't have humanity. I booked one room for 6 days for 800 Rs per day. Next day sudden he asked for 1200 Rs per day because he has new customer who can pay 1200 Rs per day. He asked me to pay 1200 Rs or else vacant the room for new customer who can pay 1200 Rs per days. His behavior is good if you are paying amount as he asked on daily basis otherwise he will ask for checkout from the room. I saw someone commented he is taking 20rs per tea cup, it's true and we got very worst taste in tea. In morning he will come with tea even the customer didn't order. 2 Water geyser among 9-10 rooms that doesn't sufficient in morning time as everyone wants to attend first darshan of Shreenath Ji so its insufficient to get hot water at same time. Place is not much cleaned specially toilet and bathroom. You can find some lizards in room, under bed and bathrooms as well.

I wish I could write some good words but unfortunately that isn't the case. The owner has to work a lot. I booked by paying 1k advance and after coming to know the distance to Nathdwara temple, I had to shift to some other place because of my aged parents. The owner is not giving money back and he charged 1k for my 3 PM to 4 PM stay.. When I tried to reach him on his mobile he is asking and using rude language saying you come to me and you will have to pay me 600 more...

Place is not much cleaned specially toilet and bathroom. You can find some lizards in room, under bed and bathrooms as well. Fan is not working so i tell pls start fan other wise u start ac but he said extra charges for ac. Room is very small not even space for laguage Tv not working Horible experience
