We stayed for 1 night however experience was not as per our expectations. => Rooms: we asked for good condition rooms however the room we got had walls without plasters on and ceiling was falling apart! We were aware that construction is going on however this was the condition even in the rooms which had undergone reconstruction! => Parking: no parking on the site, we had elderly so we requested to put our car at front so he can easily get in/out of car however they did not allowed it and the day we were checking out there were 3 cars parked right in front of the gate and barricade was removed for them! Basically, we felt like this is one of those organization where as a customer when people try to understand organizations and try to cooperate with their situation; the organization exploits goodwill of customers and understanding nature! Never coming back at this hotel!

Surely a value for money option if you want to stay near mandir in Nathdwara. Mandir is just 5 mins by walking, chowpati bazar for food is 3 mins away and shopping street is just outside the stay. It has got parking also. The best part is you can book the parking online! Just the inside of the building is too gloomy!

Guys think twice before you book Damodar Dham, I am currently staying in the room on their floor 6 and civil work is still ongoing. The Mail and reservation highlighted minor discomfort Neither the staff nor the management is helpful. What was supposed to be relaxed evening turned out chaotic, thanks to Damodar Dham

Worst Stay Experience at Damodardham, Nathdwara I recently had the misfortune of staying at Damodardham, Nathdwara, managed by Rare Hospitality and Services Pvt. Ltd. This was, without a doubt, the worst stay experience of my life. The establishment and management are more interested in looting money from customers than providing decent services. Their non-refundable and non-transferable policy is a web designed to extract money from unsuspecting pilgrims. The hotel staff, particularly the reception, is extremely unprofessional. The night receptionist, Kishan, and the morning receptionist, showed no sensitivity towards customers, including senior citizens. They are more concerned with checking every minor detail before checkout but fail to ensure a clean and comfortable room at check-in. My room, 601, was allotted to me on 6th March, 2025, and it was filthy, with dead bees on the bed. Despite repeated requests, the room was not cleaned promptly. Towels were provided late, and the housekeeping staff seemed unresponsive. The website fails to mention the 1000 deposit taken from customers for damages. However, what about compensating for the subpar services? The entire experience felt like dealing with a police station rather than a hotel. The reception is unresponsive, and the housekeeping requirements are difficult to communicate. To make matters worse, the contact numbers for Rare Hospitality and Services Pvt Ltd are not functional. I strongly advise against staying at Damodardham, Nathdwara, or any other establishment managed by Rare Hospitality and Services Pvt Ltd. The rigid check-in and check-out system, lack of sensitivity towards senior citizens, and unprofessional staff make it a pilgrim-unfriendly destination. Avoid this looting establishment and management at all costs.

As the renovation work was on progress. Duat and lack of cleanliness was there for a while. Else is good with elevators paid parking and location near to temple.

The rooms were not good at all. The staff was really rude. The hotel looks gorgeous from the outside but the truth always lies inside of the rooms. Inside the rooms, the paint on the walls were taking their last few breathes, they're ready to say goodbye. In one of the rooms, water was falling out of nowhere in the bathroom which also smelt disgusting. Not a preferred hotel to stay in Nathdwara. Many other good options are waiting for you out their. The only advantage is that it is really near the Nathdwara temple, but still not prefered.

We booked 2 rooms in damodar dham ,the check in time is 12 pm but the check out time is 10 am next day which is unfair . When we asked for luggage service they told us it's self service,the staff at the reception is below average they don't know how to behave. Only the cafeteria guy was good, the location is 600 metres away from temple. The check out time should be 12 to 12 pm next day.Their was no intercom or no telephone in the room.Mandir mandal nathdwara should take action against them so that they work on their services. For every question asked they just say we don't know anything. I request to the people coming you should either take hotels near the temple side. Damodar dham is highly overrated. They also asked for every member's adhaar card which is a strange thing , and also this was not mentioned on their online portal, i recommend you all to try other hotels nearby.

It's under renovation, so rooms are in okay stage. One fan not working. Don't expect good service. It's near the temple, walkable distance so best alternative to stay.
