Shelter Villa Mount Abu.(1KM From Nakki Lake)

Great experience . If you are planning to come down to Mount Abu and looking for a peaceful property away from main crowd area in affordable price , I would definitely recommend Shelter Villa. Rooms are spacious with the all the facilities indoor, and very friendly staff and the Host behaviour is very amiable , they help u in getting bikes on rent and provides all the information about the local sight seen ..Thumbs Up

We had a very nice stay at this Homestay! The location is perfect, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. Staff(Ravi) was polite and available as needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to relax. The food was delicious, with a good variety to choose from. Mr. Saurabh did an excellent job ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay--his attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out. However, one area that could use improvement is the hot water availability, as it was a bit inconsistent at times. Despite that, I had a great experience overall and would recommend this Homestay!

It was certainly an experience that needs to be shared with everyone looking for a place to stay at Mt Abu. Firstly if you are driving to Abu, then this place should be your first choice. Located at hardly 3 minutes from the market area/nakki lake/all restaurants. Very easy to access. Located at a very silent area, you will feel peaceful. This place have ample of space for parking and even they arrange for food (veg & non veg both) 2-3 small dhabas are also Located at 1 min walk from this homestay. We went with family and friends and booked 3 rooms (2 luxurious room & 1 super deluxe), all were clean and comfortable. You get 24 hrs hot water service and even room heater is available. What else you require? Also the service was upto the mark. My 8 yrs old kid was so happy staying here. A big Thums up to Sourabh ji who was our host.

Can you imagine any hotel or host not to provide Tea kettle and tea bags in the room and not to entertain phone calls from guests from the room before 7 am and tell straight that they cannot provide/arrange tea before 8 am in the morning? Even the attendant did not come to our room till our check out time of 8.30 am. The man in charge (he is either owner or manager) responded our phone call at 7.00 am but expressed his helplessness whereas the attendant did not accept our call till 7.15 am and then told that he could neither come to the room to listen anything nor he could bring tea before 8 am as he was late to go to sleep in the previous night. This is for the first time in my life from the enormous tour and travels in India and abroad that I made I saw that neither tea bags& kettle are provided in the room, nor the attendant denies for providing tea before 8 am. I strongly condemn their act. The room tariff without complimentary breakfast is also on higher side in comparison to other such hotels/homestays in the nearby area. The location is also not good, and you cannot move unless you have your own vehicle, or you have to take the vehicle arranged by the homestay person who charges Rs250 to drop you in the nearest market area situated at a distance of about 1 to 1.5 km and/or Rs500 for to & fro. Can not recommend anyone. Don't get allured with previous reviews.

It's newly renovated very cozy home stay.. 10 mints away from Nakki Lake..total 4 rooms ideal for 10 people group with very reasonable price.. owner and service staff is very friendly....

Clean and beautiful room. Peaceful location no disturbance but no direct transport facility to station. Comfortable bed.
