I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained -- everything was exactly as shown in the photos, if not better. The bed was comfortable, and all amenities were in perfect working condition, making my stay very relaxing and comfortable. What really made my experience special was the hotel owner. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed. From local tips to small thoughtful gestures, his hospitality was heartwarming and truly made me feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I would definitely love to come back!

We (me, my husband and three children) have passed very good time in Shaleen elegance home stay. Such a welcoming owner, replying immediately to all our needs, giving the best advice and best quality of service. Helping to find taxi with the best "local" price. The room was very beautiful, clean, with all amenities. There was no noise from outside even if location is the centre surrounded by all shops, restos and animation. Best place to spend Diwali and any other vacation enjoying the special environment of Mount Abu.

We loved our 5 day stay in Shaleen Elegance Homestay. Everything was just perfect for us. We 'only' booked the deluxe double room without AC (which is definitely not needed at all), located on the rooftop, near the help desk where the super friendly and helpful room boy Shambu is located. That was no issue at all, in fact it was a great advantage for us as the room offers the best privacy and we got first class service. We had a bit of concern at first, there might be noise from the community rooftop terrace, but here are strict noise rules, no drinking gatherings are allowed (as you might have in other places) and we had a super quiet and very comfortable time in our very cozy room. You really see that this is a place for couples who love it simply quiet and cozy. Everything is super clean, the room is spacious, spotless and fully equipped (we even had a walk in wardrobe) with everything we would need. The owner Anil is very welcoming and professional. He offers all kinds of services (trekking, taxi service, dinner service and more) in a very discreet way, furthermore he helps you with everything else you would need and gives a lot of useful information and advice. It was really fantastic, we felt right away like at home upon check in. Another big plus for us was that we could have instantly hot shower water all the time on request and that there is a free drinking water refill station - love to reduce plastic waste! We always would stay here again and highly recommend this place, likely the best place in Mount Abu.

It's a great place to stay. It was the best experience staying there. Location is very beautiful and close to nakki lake. This place is very well maintained...||Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner.. it gave us excellent family-friendly services. The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable.||Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambiencel would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again. ||Thank you Gupta ji for being a nice host.

Requires advance non-refundable payment to book. Rooms are small, and not on ground floor, without an elevator. Its high ratin seems managed and not real.

Great location very near to nakki lake just 5 mints walking distance. Great service n safety. Special for couples only. In one word... full value of money. Owner and staff were polite and helpful. Rooms are same and comfortable as showing on website.

Room alloted was stinking. Bedsheets was used.No ventilation. No window in the room. Room size was 10'x10'.No food served. Total unhygienic condition. Muddy water in bath room . Very small bath room. I will never recommend to any person.
