Negative star also be good for this heritage. Very very bad experience for us. Management service and room service were very very poor. We booked 3 bedroom villas, but only 1 mirror in 1room.no wardrobe ,only 1 dirty cupboard in passage. rat was roaming inside room. Washrooms also not good.no clothes stand in washrooms. showers r broken.lizard was inside the room. Bedsheets and blankets were very dirty.owner is very rude. We have booked one family room & one premium room for two nights, they have given us A villa with consist of 3 rooms with 4 king size bed in same rate ....it was a great hospitality by Mr Suraj & Mr Chintan . I recommend pl visit once & enjoy the Hospitality of a real Royal Heritage at Mt Abu.

-no toiletries and amenities given. -owner was so rude -rats were roaming in the room which bit the towel in the bathroom -shower was broken -no water bottles were kept as in general in the room -no included items were given on time -no tv was working and though it was only 1 tv in the 3bhk villa -no wardrobe facilities and no mirror was there and was common between 3 rooms. -bedsheets and bedcovers were so dirty. -no buffet system for breakfast According to the pricing, waste of time and was of no worth.

Last two nights I have very bad experience..not good room.not good sarvice.and hotel management with me missbeheviyer...ask him very wrong and darty words.. please i recvest my brother and sister please don't go this hotel..

I helped one of the my relative to book this hotel by seeing provided pictures by hotel management and guest has paid advance 5000. However, today when guest reach the hotel they found the property very uncomfortable and uncleaned which the very disappointed for them. We ask hotel to please refund possible amount as we don't like the property by any point. However, hotel management staff ufrontly tell to my guest "hotel will not give refund". The main problem is that the hotel room silines are covered by still curtains which gives the to much coldness to kids hence, we denied. Hotel management needs to understand the customer issue and points. This is not good behave by hotel. Please don't trust on hotel images. We loose our 5000 on this hotel without staying.

location was beautiful. rooms were nice. service was good. one thing is that they should've mentioned somewhere that they serve both veg and non veg food. but still really beautiful property and clean rooms and bathrooms
