I don't know how there are some positive feedback for this third class cheap hotel... It was our biggest mistake to book room in this hotel. Their staff is totally unintrsted to give service. First they gave usa room which was very dirty and bedsheet and blankets was not clean. They were use and dirty.. we told them to change the room initially they refused to change the room but later we scold on them then they changed the. For everything like towels, soaps, water, clean blanket and bedsheet, we call them many times and then only they were giving us. They don't provide liquid soap, they don't have jet in the toilet.. now its your problem how to clean... Bathroom was very dirty and all night it was smelling like hell. They spoil our mood and they charged 5000/- per night, and their service and room was very cheap. Pics that they have shared are fake.

Best hotel to stay in mount Abu. Hotel is just near to nakki lake and market. Food we took from restaurant and garden is also too spacious. Location is also very prime and view from the property is also too good. Private parking is available. Thanks Kaka inn for your service.

Terrible Experience - Avoid Kaka In hotel Mount Abu I had a very disappointing stay at Kaka In hotel Mount Abu. From the moment I arrived, everything went downhill. Check-in Issues: The check-in process was extremely slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. I had to wait despite having a reservation. Room Conditions: The room was in terrible condition. It was dirty, smelled bad, had broken amenities like lights, plumbing. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets didn't appear clean. Customer Service: The staff was unhelpful and even rude at times. When I raised concerns about hot water, towel, room service, food order, they either ignored me or offered no solution. Value for Money: For the price I paid, I expected a much better experience. This hotel did not deliver on even the basic expectations. Worst worst worst experience ...

Service is very nice and fast . Staff is so polite and helpful. Rate are also reliable. Food is very special

Extremely disappointed. When we checked in rooms were dirty and then when we called them to clean up the room, housekeeping guy was rude on us. Staff is very much irresponsible for everything. At Night me and my sister was slept in room which was locked from inside and we also turn off the lights while sleeping but at 1:30 at night suddenly we heard the knowcking noise from outside and all the lights suddenly on by itself . We were so much scared. No body was outside when we checked but how all the lights can turned on byitself. When we complain about that in morning staff said when power goes and come it can happen but the fact is if all thr switches are off how it is possible ?????? Don't stay here And Be safe. Find a clean and safe place to stay

We really enjoyed at hotel kaka inn...the staff was very friendly and co operative...the food was very tasty.. overall experience was excellent

Terrible Experience - Misleading and Substandard Accommodation I booked a family room for two nights (23rd and 24th December 2024), and it turned out to be a complete scam and a display of cruelty on the owner's part. 1. Deceptive Construction: The so-called "family room" wasn't even built with proper materials. Two out of the four walls were made of flimsy 1/2-inch boards fixed to an iron pipe frame, rather than bricks. 2. False Size Claim: The room size advertised was 396 sq. ft., but in reality, it was only 216 sq. ft. (18 ft x 12 ft). After accommodating two double beds, there was hardly any space left to move around. 3. No Insulation: Due to the thin, poorly constructed board walls with no insulation, the room became unbearably cold as the night progressed. Staying there during winter was a nightmare. This experience was highly disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this property with Poor room service and limited breakfast options.
