Hotel is at good location away from noisy market area and not too far ftom nakki lake. Rooms are good and spacious. Behavior of owner (Lady) and the way she talks to customer /her staff members is rude. Other staff members are curteuos and polite.|

Terrible property, Given an opinion would have rated zero. It is house converted into hotel with its room size having barely a bed(do not go by exaggerated google pics) and the room was so stinky that I could not stand for a minute to check the room and vomitted there only. The owner of the hotel is highly rude lady who has no concern for her guests. We booked the hotel online but the property is so pathetic that we did not even checked in but have moved out that moment leaving all the money paid to hotel. NOT WORTH EVEN VISITING THIS STINKY, DIRTY, UNHYGIENIC Hotel.

We had planned a stay in this hotel with our family. The bookings and payment was done well in advance, when we went for check in suddenly they told us that the room are allocated to others and left with no options. We asked for help and solution instead they were rude with us and ended by saying do whatever you can we cannot do anything. We had kids along with us and it was a troublesome situation for us. I highly recommend not to plan your stay here. We ended up with a very worst experience.

Hi, Whenever you are coming to mount abu, you can stay at hotel yorkshire inn. I would definitely recommend this stay which provides clean rooms and facilities such as changing linens and cleaning room everyday. Best part is the services they give. They know the hospitality, way of handling customers and providing services in every way possible. Thanks a lot to harish and Narayan bhaiya for being so quick and helping us in each and every way possible. They were great host and good people. The owners were also sweet people, good interaction with them as well. You can definitely go for food options too, which are as per quality and quantity. Note- When you are valued as a guest and respected, then you can neglect small issues or concerns. You will definitely feel the importance of staying here. Pros: 1. Working staff is very helpful. They try to help you when possible. I am majorly giving 4 stars for them. 2.Property is 1km away from Nakki lake. 3. Deluxe room is quite spacious. 4. It's on delwada road, so placed on a good quiet place but centrally located Cons: 1. They have solar geysers only. Until 12pm-1pm you get lukewarm water at best. In a cold place like Mount Abu atleast normal geyser should be provided if solar geyser is not providing hot water. You can provide it at a specific time slot too(like 8am to 12pm) 2. Property is a bit old. 3. Food Quantity for some dishes was like half plate size. 4. Owner seems to be a overall good person. We had a pleasant experience interacting with her but she sometimes speaks very unprofessionally with staff. (your staff is working to put bread on their families table. If they are working for you doesn't mean you can speak unprofessionally with them) Overall it's a Good hotel for family and friends for a outing in mount abu.

We did advance booking 25 days prior with advanve payment, withouy no reason 15 mins. Before they cancelled our booking without feeling apologetic or ampathic to us. Coz. We have younger children with us. We requested and asked reason but they didnt bother to help or give explanation. So be careful amd very sensible about trusting blindly to these people.no professionalism at all

CHEATERS, GREEDY, SCAMMERS They confirmed our booking with advance payment. On reaching hotel, they said rooms were allotted to others by mistake and can not do anything now. Lady started talking loudly when we request to do something as we were with kids and family. She just keep saying "Do what ever you want, I can not do anything now". After we came to know that they got higher fair after our booking and did this scam to us. Please do not waste your money and time on these cheaters.

As we reached Hotel Yorkshire Mount Abu and saw the rooms before checking in ..The rooms were pathetic and very different from what was shown in pictures of MMT website..Firstly the rooms were stinking and the walls were DAMP with termites. Moreover, the door of one room directly opens in the dining area. We immediately called MMT customer care and explained our situation and sent pictures as asked by the executive and he also agreed that our issues were genuine and assured that it will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours. We called the owner Ms Anjana Gujral but she was so rude and didn't even have the courtesy to meet us. We were standing at their reception in cold for 3 hours and had to leave without CHECKING IN . Our holiday was ruined and had to undergo mental and physical harassment.
