*Relaxing stay with lovely mountain breeze."** Toppers Corner offers a genuine break from city life. Waking up to cool mountain air and greenery was so refreshing. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable.

"Worst Stay Ever - Filthy, Unsafe, and a Total Scam!" This was by far the worst experience for both our families. The beds were disgusting--smelly, buggy, and probably unchanged for a year, just covered with bedsheets to hide the filth. The bathrooms reeked since there was no proper ventilation or exhaust. To make things worse, there was some strange pool-like structure in the room beside the bed that served no purpose but was a serious safety hazard for children. The management was completely clueless, with workers who had zero knowledge of the hospitality industry. The owner seemed unaware (or uninterested) in how bad things were. The biggest scam? They keep online bookings full to manipulate prices, making us pay 17,000 for two rooms that weren't even worth 2,000. A total rip-off! Avoid this place at all costs!

This resort is excellent, with a beautiful location. The staff is very warm and friendly. The rooms are comfy but they have a huge garden area from the top the view of the dam was memorable and well maintained lush green gardens. Food was good , especially the tandoor items. We highly recommend this resort for anyone who loves a natural, serene experience.

Amazing place! We stayed for 2 nights and highly recommend it. The owner is very friendly and supportive. The surroundings, with beautiful trees, create a peaceful atmosphere. The boutique garden is perfect for photography and great for children.

The Toppers Hotel Mount Abu is well-arranged. The owner himself paid attention to the room. His manager came to each room and asked what was needed more or less. The hotel area is nice. There are flowers all around. There is a garden. There is a place for lunch, dinner and breakfast. They also had a singing program. There was a karaoke sound. That night, it was a great program. The food was well-received. There were various dishes for breakfast. There were watermelon slices, bread, butter, bhaji, curd, onion poha, and they tasted good. All the staff were very good. Everyone helped us a lot to unload the luggage, drop it in each room, collect it back from each room, and move the luggage in the car. All the staff were cooperative. Therefore, we thank them on behalf of our group and if we get the opportunity again, we will make arrangements at their hotel live music was amazing

Despite its promising location in a lush green area, the hotel is poorly maintained, and the management's dismissive attitude further worsened our experience. The rooms are unclean, poorly ventilated, and lack essential amenities like a water heater. The photos shared online are heavily photoshopped and do not reflect reality. The manager or owner displayed an unprofessional attitude, refusing to address feedback and even suggesting we check out if dissatisfied. This forced us to cut short our 2-night stay and return to Udaipur, wasting an entire day of our vacation. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Room Issues * The room was dirty, with stained bedsheets and an unclean comforter. * No water heater was available, making hot water inaccessible. * The walls were poorly painted, with visible patches of dumped paint. * Electric sockets were broken and unusable. * The windows were dirty, and the view consisted of a garbage-filled backyard. * The room had a persistent foul smell, making the stay uncomfortable. Service Issues * Breakfast service was chaotic and poorly organized. * Plates provided were of poor-quality plastic and were not cleaned properly. * Food items were delayed, and no manager was present to oversee or address issues in the breakfast area. * Only two waiters were available, doing their best, but the service was beyond their capacity. * Basic amenities like tissue paper were not provided. Conclusion Toppers Corner is far from a 3-star property. The lack of cleanliness, absence of essential amenities like a water heater, poor service, and unprofessional behavior of the management made our stay a negative experience. I recently stayed at hotel toppers corner, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience regarding the behavior of two lady staff members. From the moment I arrived, I was met with unhelpful and rude attitudes, particularly from two young women. The experience was very bad. To be honest I have never experienced this much inconvenience in my entire life. The worst place u can stay in mount abu. The overall service was very bad, and their unprofessional behavior left a lasting negative impression on what should have been a relaxing stay. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere, as the treatment I received was completely unacceptable. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that offer better service and a much more welcoming atmosphere. I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues, as the staff's attitude significantly impacted my overall experience. And I requested please don't go there anyone.
