HOTEL STARVILLA

Nice and comfortable budget hotel. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The food served is tasty and healthy. Highly recommend.

Dear Star villa Management, Thank you for your email. I did not stayed in your hotel yesterday even though I had booked it due to the following reasons: 1. When we checked in to our room at around 5PM - Our hotel room was stinking badly and one can't stay in the room for more than half an hour; so after checking in, looking at the condition of the room and bad smell, we immediately checked out. Further, we believe that our room was used by someone before we checked in and we could feel it looking at the bed condition and mattress conditions; we have informed the receptionist about it and he did offered another room but we have made up our mind and we don't want to stay in such hotel where the rooms were used before customer checked in. 2. When we asked for extra mattress - The mattresses were stinking very bad and one can have vomiting if they use such mattresses. 3. When we asked for complimentary water bottles - They said it's chargeable we said we are fine paying for a water bottle (basic necessity which any hotel will provide as complimentary) - to our surprise, one water bottle was opened; so we didn't drink it as god knows from where you would have filled the water from. After such a horrible experience, we left out from the hotel and checked into another hotel. I called up a reservation team and explained the above points but he was not ready to listed and accept the above points and he asked me to come to hotel and have face to face conversation. Considering the people at reception and the way reservations person spoke, we didn't feel like going to hotel as it was not a safe to argue with them and ask for a refund as there's no point in arguing with someone who doesn't accept what has happened. This is a feedback which one should look and try to improve the customer experience by providing best services to the customers so that they can have a better recall value and also recommend the hotel to their friends and family. Service is good from the staff. However, Rooms are not worth the price we paid. We shelled out 4k/Night but the room as per my experience is of 2k/Night around only. Washrooms are clean and Hot water runs 24*7 Staff members help is arranging for Self Drive Rental Vehicle. I would recommend to go to Main Market and get a good decent rental bike as it would cost you around 250-300. I took rentals from rental bikes available from reception contacts and they charged us 400/bike/day (Vehicles were in good condition). Overall, it was a good experience.

It was nice stay, good room and tasty breakfast. People there are so helpful and co-operative. staff is so good Best service and good staff behaviour. Awesome experience at Star villa hotel. Good safety in hotel.

Not that much good room as per their price per night. As they took 2500 per night, but we got better than this one even in just 1000. Name is "always welcome hotel".

Excellent service from Mr. Kailash and Mr. Bharat and the whole team starvilla. The food was good. They did serve my special request even on the busiest day of the year and i am thankful for that. All credit goes to Kailash and bharat. Feedbacks You as a team needs to be more organised and proper room cleaning services should be prioritized. Seems like only kailash and bharat and one person from the kitchen is taking care of whole hotel. Thanks for everything specially kailash.
