Exceptional Stay with Excellent Service! My stay at Hotel Spring Valley was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and every detail is thoughtfully arranged. Special thanks to the Manager whose hospitality and professionalism made my experience even more enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth, offering great recommendations and handling every request with a smile. The food was delicious, the staff was attentive, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!!

Absolutely wonderful stay- 5 Stars!! I had truly wonderful stay at this hotel. As an older person I always look for comfort and respectful treatment and they treated me with so much care and warmth which made me feel very comfortable. Special thanks to the manager. He was extremely polite nd checked in to make sure I had everything I needed . It's rare to find such genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel . Best for family stay

I recently stayed at Hotel SPRING VALLEY & it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed . Their food service is just awesome. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. I stayed in this hotel with family. It is very nice hotel and helping staff. Our car was broken down on the way and they came and picked up us to the hotel. Thanks to spring valley Team.

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS. The rooms were dirty with cockroaches on the beds. The bathroom tap was leaky and made noise all night. By morning, water had spilled into the room from bathroom and AC both. The bathroom was smelly and didn't look like the pictures on Google. They wouldn't give us our money back for the second night even though we asked many times. They gave us extra bedsheets and offered another room, but it was just as bad. The staff was helpful, but the manager and the owner both were very rude. They were not accepting the flaws in there hotel even after showing the condition of rooms after a few hours. Around midnight, loud music played near our room. We left a day early to avoid another night there.

Rooms were really shabby and there were cockroaches on beds as well. Tap in the washroom was leaky and kept making noise entire night, by morning water has spilled out in the room as well. Washroom was also smelly and looked nothing like any pictures on Google. They were not ready to refund for another day even after several requests and discussions, although they gave us extra bedsheets and offered another room but that was also similar. Staff was helping but manager seemed rude. On top of it all around 12 in the night, some really loud music was being played really close to the room. We just left a day early to avoid spending another night there.

It's cool place. Service & food is superb. Staff is good.
