Hotel Silver Oak

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally courteous and always ready to assist, making the overall service truly commendable. The complimentary breakfast was a great value-add, offering 3-4 well-prepared options each day. One of the highlights was the live music in the evenings, which added a warm and enjoyable ambiance to the stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and quality service.

Pros: Neat and clean rooms. Courteous staff and polite staff. Tasty food. The puppet was not so interesting. The live music was very nice. The only thing is it is a very small and cozy property, nothing like a games room or something to spend your time at this place. Overall it was a very nice stay.

One word......... outstanding We were there for 2 Nights and were extended more then one night. Service and hospitality of staff is outstanding, the hotel is within a 5 Minutes walking distance market and 10 minutes walking distance lake, the rooms are well lighted and spacious. The linen and towels were clean. Fantastic stay! Very dacile & co-operative staff! Incredible hospitality!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness was top-notch. The restaurant served some of the tasty food, and especially the live music and puppet show--was truly unique and enjoyable (it's like cheery on the cake). The view from the hotel was stunning, and the staff were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my stay. Even after checkout, they went above and beyond by safely storing my luggage so I could explore the city without worry. I really appreciate hotel and staff for such a great hospitality. The hoteI is situated at perfect place. You will find everything nearby such as market, naki lake, state and private bus depot, sun set point, Honeymoon point, nearby many rental tours and travels (For activa, bike and car rental), adventure activity and other sightseeing places of mount abu. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Mount Abu.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. The outdoor garden is equally stunning, providing a serene ambiance. My room was on the ground floor, featuring a lovely garden and a cozy sit-out area. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive to every need. We traveled with our 10-month-old baby and requested special food for the little one. The hotel went above and beyond by sending the chef to our room to discuss dietary preferences and ensure the food was suitable. The meal provided was both nutritious and delicious. Additionally, the food prices at the hotel are very reasonable, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a truly pleasant stay. A big thank you to the Silver Oak team for making our journey so memorable! And also there is puppet show in the evening.

Mr. Sanjay is very co-operative.|Gitarist is so good.||Room service is ok. Room was excellent but does not have enough illumination on bathroom basin mirror.|Hygiene is maintained everywhere. Cleanliness is so good.||Very less options is Breakfast, Poha served on 9th may was not properly cooked.

We had an amazing time at silver oak. We had booked a garden view room which made our stay all the more peaceful. The property hosts various attractions for the tourists in the manner of hosting a katputli show followed by live music. The variety of birds that reside on the property make it the perfect getaway. Special mention of Sanjaybhai and his team who have maintained the place really well ensuring that our stay remained a memorable one.
