Hotel Sheratone Mount Abu

It was a nice stay in Sheratone Mountain Abu. It is my first time coming to India and my partner bought me here and we made a good choice to stay in sheratone. Mahendra and Govin is really helpful. Mr. Parmandji the owner is very accommodating. Will surely come back

Beautiful place, beautiful food, beautiful service, very well maintained. Lush green gardens, nice interiors. And very very competitively priced, the owner is always around making sure everything is working smoothly. The people working around are very humble and helpful.. I will 100% recommend you this hotel. And myself will come back here

No proper cleanliness in the rooms, glasses had stains, washroom was stinking very bad odur coming from washroom, kettle had ants in it, not a great communication with front desk ... Not worth paying 12k for a night stay ... Location is great, view from the rooms is great , there's always problem of flickering lights n Ac .. rude behaviour while discussing the room tariff and other details.. felt like i was asking for free, no invoices provided for room stay No invoice for food & beverages When asked for any payment slip is provided they told im there here for all no invoices required!! That's way strange... Staff service is excellent, food is very delicious bt a bit expensive... Not that quite happy with the stay ...

Disappointing...they charge 5600 Rs.for such a room that doesn't worth more than 2000 Rs. Other hotel rooms were not vacant that day so unwillingly we had to stay there. Even they force us to write good review about their property and service. No basis amenities provided in the hotel room such as towels. No complimentary water bottles provided in the room and they are charging double for a water bottle. Overall not a good place to stay.

A Home Away From Home - Truly Grateful to Hotel Sheraton, Mount Abu I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Sheraton in Mount Abu, and I can wholeheartedly say that it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is beautiful, nestled perfectly amidst nature, offering peace and serenity. But what truly made this stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality. It was my first trip with my nine-month-old daughter, and as any parent knows, traveling with a baby requires extra care and comfort. The staff at Hotel Sheraton made us feel like we were part of their family--something that means the world when you're far from home. From offering us help at every step, to even letting me access the kitchen to prepare what my daughter needed, including a freshly made banana shake--everything was done with warmth and a smile. The service was prompt, thoughtful, and full of heart. A special thanks to Mr. Rakesh Lalwani, the owner, whose kindness and personal attention made all the difference. I'm deeply thankful for the experience, and I'm already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended to anyone traveling with family--or simply looking for genuine care and comfort in Mount Abu.

the property is exclusive with good and respectful staff The owner is very kind it's a highly recommended hotel. we enjoyed the beauty of the tulips in Sheratone ,

very unfriendly management! employees and a sign in front said "rooms available" but the manager told us in a unfriendly way... sorry no vacancy... maybe we, 4 persons (all over 60 years old!) with 4 bikes , motorbike riders from Europe, haven't been the proper guests but we moved 10 meters further to the holtone hotel there everybody was friendly and we had perfekt room dinner and a lot of drinks at the bar of HILTONE hotel... by the way: SHERATONE hotel was the only negativ hotel impression in Rajasthan within 4 weeks round trip!
