Hotel Saraswati

It is a family hotel. Saraswati Hotel is a good option for families to stay at Mount Abu. Rooms are also available in different sizes and both AC and non-AC. The location is also good, very close to the Polo Ground, Nakki Lake is also not very far from there. The cleanliness of the room is also good and the service is also good. There is a restaurant inside the hotel. There is also ample space for vehicle parking. The small and large flowers and plants in the hotel's courtyard add to its beauty.

Came on an unplanned trip and got this nice small boutique hotel with around 30 rooms with only families allowed. Pure Veg hotel and restaurant. The owner personally takes care of everything and he is a pure gem of person. Will guide you everything and will ensure its pocket friendly unlike other hill stations where the only intention is to mint money. The staff here is too welcoming and soft spoken. Food was good. This place is a must for all those families who want safe place to stay with good people around. 9/10 points. Deducting 1 point as rooms can be a bit better. Overall a very good place.

My stay with the hotel is ok There is no lift in the hotel. Hotel owner is less interested about feedback. Hotel makes lie about unavailability of rooms when you ask for late chkout, there are plenty of room available when I check out. 1 person is very arrogant from their restaurant bhiki bhojnalay.

Great & peaceful & fully discipline staff Room service and food court is very well. Room size slightly small. Powerful security. Great hotel. Food is best.

Honest Review - Saraswati Hotel & Bike Taxi Service (read full) Saraswati Hotel offers clean rooms, delicious food made with fresh vegetables, and a great family-friendly atmosphere. The owner is hardworking and personally ensures the hotel runs smoothly, which is commendable. However, I have serious concerns about how they operate their bike taxi service. They only accept payments in cash or through third-party transactions (in my case, I paid Digvijay for the bike taxi). This unprofessional practice raises concerns about proper tax compliance and GST maintenance. Additionally, their bike taxi pricing system is flawed. Even if you use the taxi for exactly 24 hours, they charge for two full days. To make matters worse, the counter cashier, Digvijay Singh, was extremely rude during the payment process and insisted on taking the money in his personal account. This is highly unprofessional and suspicious. I urge the authorities to look into these issues to ensure fair business practices.

Extraordinary hospitality by all the staff. Great food. Absolutely enjoyed our 2 night of stay. Mr. Kashyap was such a lovely host. He suggested really good places to visit around mount Aabu. Great experience overall.
