Hotel Samrat International

Recently we stay at Samrat International was absolutely wonderful. The staff was courteous and helpful. Food quality is very good Narendra Singh bhai is good person.Rooms were spacious. Though the hotel is quite old, but old is gold..., it is very well maintained. Location is close to all major attractions.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Samrat with a group of 52 members, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Firstly, the rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was top-notch, making our stay even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly cooperative and attentive to our needs. Their warm hospitality ensured that we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The food at the hotel was another highlight. The variety and quality of the dishes were excellent, and the service was prompt and efficient. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Overall, Hotel Samrat International provided an outstanding experience. There were no issues during our stay, and everything from the rooms to the food and service was perfect. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area! DO VISIT !!

We recently had a good stay at this property. The staff and especially the guy who was taking out bags very very hardworking guy and always smiling. The rooms were cleaned. Only minus point was the location of the property. It's rightly situated in the city center so you can not have a peaceful sleep.

It's a 2 star hotel! They charge 5k inr per day for 3 people on peak days (weekends) for rooms with 2 beds but the prices are NOT worth it. The hotel is super old, a bit moldy. It's location and service is great. Hot water is very limited and supplied only at particular times. When too many people use hot water YOU CAN'T GET HOT WATER IN YOUR TAP. So keep that in mind. They have a restaurant called "Hollywood Bollywood" with amazing food. But don't take any rice dishes such as biryani. It was very spicy and had nothing besides spice. Overall the restaurant is amazing. Now here is my main deal breaker: 1) Hotel staff is NOT AT ALL INTERESTED in giving Taxi service. We asked them 3-4 times to quote prices for local sightseeing and also for abu road drop etc but they never followed up they have countless reasons and ALWAYS delayed it saying "we will check and let you know". Absolutely horrible. Better you just walk down to the taxi union stand and request cab service from them. Just make sure they're reliable! 2) BIG SAFETY ISSUE. (Rooms on the second floor at least) THERE DOORS DONT LOCK. THEY ARE WEAK. Even if you lock the door with the key, ANYONE LITERALLY ANYONE from outside can try to force the handle and push the door hard and it'll just open up instantly. All your belongings are constantly at risk when u lock the door and venture out. Please be aware of this. The rooms are at max 2-3k inr worth not 5-6k inr. The waiters, security and everyone else was super kind and helpful.

I recently made a short and unplanned visit to Mount Abu during the Christmas holidays while on my way to Shrinath Ji. As expected, the hill station was crowded, and finding suitable accommodation at the last moment seemed like an uphill task. The parking facilities were ample and hassle-free, which is a rarity in such a busy hill station. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the overall environment was well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The pricing was surprisingly reasonable, especially considering the holiday season rush. One of the standout features was their restaurant, offering a wide variety of delicious and high-quality food options that catered to all our preferences. The staff was courteous, efficient, and made sure we had a pleasant dining experience. What makes Hotel Samrat International truly exceptional is its prime location. Situated right in the heart of Mount Abu, it is just a 2-5 minute walk from Nakki Lake, the bustling market, and other major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. I would highly recommend Hotel Samrat International to anyone visiting Mount Abu. Whether you're planning a well-organized trip or, like us, find yourself making a last-minute decision, this hotel is a gem that guarantees a comfortable and delightful stay.

It's a great place ! I'm cutting a star cos loke all places the Food was average. Quantity of food was good though. Staff is just excellent! Really polite and hospitable people .
