Hotel Rock Regency Mount Abu - A Boutique Rodetel

NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED TO BOOK AND STAY HERE. Following is my Feedback for the Hotel: 1. They don't have the basics well. There were no Towel Kits, Soap Kits and similar which are the basic elements in the Hotel Industry. A bathing soap dispenser with some cheap liquid soap of lemon flavour. You are running a hotel and not AirBnB. 2. Breakfast is the worst thing to begin the day here. Burnt and Half Cooked Pauha, Staled Bread Butter. Instead of precisely instructing the kind of Tea is required to be served they offered the same pale tea. Asking for fruit they said we can only offer Watermelon. 3. The Room has a Distracting Board which block the view and you feel like you were staying in a Low Grade Remote area hotel worth 500 Rupees. Upon asking for a change , it was informed that they only has such rooms available on the whole floor. Totally different from the images published online. Attaching the image for the actual view. 4. Electric Supply is inconsistent, in the stay of 12 hours at least thrice the electric supply flicker due to which the cooling in the room is lost. 5. In that area, mobile network is week and also the Wifi at the Hotel has very low speed. I actually booked it for two days but left the hotel due to such a bad experience. Paid for 48 hours and stayed just 10-12 Hours yet full paid as the staff did cancelled the booking. Moved to HillCrest Nearby and had great experience there. Overall, not worth the price paid for. As usual, you get good pictures online, pay somewhat premium amount due to lack of choices and ending up getting scammed.

Everything was good. From food, to hotel location. Kids had fun. Family friendly. Would stay again. Hotel is very near to the popular destinations in Mount abu. If you are looking for a great hotel to stay with your friends or family, ai would highly recommend it. Friendly staff.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The services were top-notch and added to the overall comfort of the stay. The highlight for me, though, was their adorable cat! It added such a cozy and homely touch to the experience.

The hotel is very well maintained and neat. Room's decor is also very thought through. Service was supreme and the staff was very humble. We had visited with our kid and our pet dog and the stay was super comfy and the view from the room was amazing. The beautiful weather added magic to the whole experience

Excellent Stay at Hotel Rock Regency! We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Hotel Rock Regency in Mount Abu. The experience was truly delightful, thanks to the excellent hospitality and well-maintained amenities. The staff was very courteous and helpful, making sure our stay was comfortable. A special mention to Dilip Kumar from the hotel staff for his exceptional service and attentiveness. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals during our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the availability of 24-hour hot water was a great plus, especially in the chilly weather. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend Hotel Rock Regency to anyone visiting Mount Abu! Looking forward to staying here again.

I stayed at Rock Regency in Mount Abu, and my experience was disappointing. The room had a bad smell, and despite reporting it, no action was taken to resolve the issue. The service was very slow, and on multiple occasions, they completely forgot to attend to our requests. Additionally, the rooms near the lift were extremely noisy, especially late at night and early in the morning, making it difficult to get proper rest. I strongly advise future guests to avoid rooms near the lift if possible. Water bottles were priced much higher than MRP, which felt unfair. Also, no basic kits were provided, such as shaving, toothbrush, coffee, or cream, which one would expect in a hotel of this category. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

Our Senior Citizen Group of 14 visited Mt.Abu in the last week and stayed at Rock Regency Hotel. Our entire stay was very pleasant and memorable. Guest Rooms are very good, specious having good amenities. Food at Berlin Restaurant was awesome and delicious. All the staff members were very well behaved and courteous. We thank Manager Kushalsing and his team particularly Balwant in restaurant for excellent service. Location of Hotel is also very calm and peaceful.
