Hotel Radhika Palace @ Nakki Lake

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel was spotless, with spacious rooms and excellent service. The staff was welcoming, and the amenities were top-notch. Perfect location with easy access to attractions. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We booked this hotel on Shri Krishna Janmashtami for 5000, expecting a great stay. Despite being listed as a three-star hotel on Google, the reality was disappointing. The room was not clean, and the windows were damaged. There were too many mosquitoes, making it uncomfortable. Hygiene and maintenance were seriously lacking. Definitely not worth the price!

Booked a stay for 2 days couldn't even stay for an hour. Dirtiest and unhygienic rooms, pillows and blankets were used and not cleaned. No solution from staff. It wasn't a hotel. Everything mentioned in the list of amenities is either nonexistent or not working. It's not a hotel it's a room in slum.

As such there is nothing special about this small hotel. There are no amenities and its just like a lodge. If you are regular traveler and prefer to stay in 4 or 5 star hotels you won't like this at all. But I am giving 3 stars considering many aspects. 1. Its budget friendly. One room will cost just Rs 1000 or less. What else you expect from a place like this. 2. Staff is good and friendly. They will work for you to keep you happy. 3. Walking distance from Nakki lake They need to improve a lot on cleanliness and some basic amenities like provision of hot water and toiletries plus some basic hygeine. Else for this much money you can call it a good place to spend a night but not a good hotel to relax

Worst shady hotel. A big no for family. Launde, If got it for 500 ,go for it. Does not have gyser,24/7 water. Cleaning is worst. We got undergarments lying under pillow.

I have booked 2 rooms but due to my hospitalisation i was unable to travel and i have paid advance to radhika palace but they have not given me the refund amount as per free cancelation policy, so please do not book any one here , poor services and cheated on me

Worst hotel. The rooms, toilet , bedsheet, pillow everything was very dirty unclean unhygienic and mouldy. The bathroom had a stinky smell all the time. The bathroom don't even have jet spray and everything is very old and dirty. DO NOT GO by seeing the Google review the mistake which I did. Only the location is somewhat good as it is nearer to Nakki Lake. Rest everything is very very bad. The worst hotel I have every stayed in.
