Hotel Mount Winds

Very Nice and great hotel.. Near to Nakki Lake (Just walking distance). Polite behavior from Hotel staff.. Must Visit.. Clean rooms... Delicious food also available within the hotel at reasonable prices.

I'll just share my experience at this Hotel I had on 2nd July 2022. Our another Hotel got cancelled & thats when we got Hotel Winds at Rs. 2700 per day Non-AC Rooms. We took it & expected average service. 1st - Rooms are non-ventilated. Non-AC made us suffocate. 2nd - after 1 am, we got company of 5-6 Bed Bugs which forced us to move out for an hour so that the reception guy can spray the whole room & asked us again to sleep on very same bed. (Excuse was there are only few Bed Bugs & we don't have another empty room) I suggest your Rs. 2.7K per day rate was not at all justified on this service. Location & Washrooms cleanliness were good, but beware of Bed Bugs

This is one of the most excellent hotel in Mount Abu. I stayed in this hotel for 3 days with my family. Each and every thing was perfect. I would like to thank owner of hotel Mr Dilipbhai and his staff for helping us .Next time in future again I will stay in this hotel.

Drinking water is not good. Mosquitoes are also a nuisance and the check out time is 9:00 am which is not suitable. They also consider the sofa in the room as a single bed

We booked the room through MakeMyTrip before 15 days of our stay. At the time of check-in, the hotel manager refused to check-in with reason of tariff issue between MakeMyTrip and the hotel. And told us to contact the MakeMyTrip for the issue and check-in. The customer help desk of MakeMyTrip was very bad. We had to wait for approx 45 mins to resolve the tariff issue between them. Finally, the hotel manager agreed to allow our check-in and gave the rooms. The hotel did not contact and inform us about the tariff issue before we personally went there for the check-in. As a customer you can't expect such a worst experience after a long journey. The rooms were clean, but there was a water blockage issue in both bathrooms. The room service was good and behavior of hotel staff was good except hotel manager. We booked rooms with Breakfast meal. The breakfast was tasty. The hotel is at a walking distance to Nakki Lake and Nakki Lake shopping market. Overall, good experience except the tariff issue between MakeMyTrip and the hotel. I suggest to confirm your room before a day of your check-in.
