Hotel Mount Regency

I recently stayed at Mount Regency Hotel and was impressed by its exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and outstanding service. Service is nice, but Rooms are just like a old vintage rooms. Plaster creck, fan continue noises, and FOOD is worst also bad quality food, I ordered besan gatta sabji rotti, rottiis full Hard, and sabji is not proper cooked.

One of my personal favourite in Abu have this property is at waking distance from main market and nakki Lake. Pricing why's it is affordable rooms are also of a good size and interior is also very well maintain. Food quality is very good and satisfactory. Only complain I have with this property is recording the swimming pool which is basically in the basement, it is very difficult to access as well as not so much comfortable to use. The best part about this property is the balcony attached with every room which gives you a road side view. Fuel pump and liquor shops are also on the entry gate of this property.

The worst hotel I have ever seen. The staff is very rigid, rooms are very dirty, dirty old matress, dirty towels. Food is extremely bad. As per rates they are charging , facilities are not up to the mark. If you ask them why things are not good as per charges that you are paying they started talking in very bad language, even they misbehave with kid. They just spoil your holidays.

The breakfast buffet and rooms were good. 24 hrs hot water availability. Sheets were unclean and service was slow. For the price we are being charged sheets and comforter cover should at least be clean

Good Hotel for stay,, Near by distance to all places.... Hospitality is good,, but for service than can do little batter. Breakfast is good. So overall nice experience to stay with family.

Average hotel with high rate, nothing special !!! Against the facilities provided, rate was quite high for the room. Though the room was spacious, Interior was quite old. Proper steamy Hot water was not coming from the shower or taps. Water was just warm. Those kits( dental, personal care, shaving, comb) were not provided. Bath linens were leaving fabric fibers on body. Very limited items were there in the buffet breakfast.

I was charged Rs. 5600 for standard room and this was my worst experience. Had to ask for everything after check in like water bottle, hand towel, tea/coffee refills etc. Their was continuous noise from the side room. They have made cupboard instead of walls. I feel like I am scammed Please don't book this if you looked for good experience hotels.
