Hotel Mamta Palace

Only one side of this hotel has been renovated, while the rest of the property remains quite old. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people, but after adding a third extra mattress, there was barely any space to move around. Upon asking for a different room, the only option given was a non-AC room without a geyser and with a broken bed and an uncomfortable mattress. The second room had a strong odor, forcing us to use air freshener multiple times. Unfortunately, since it was already evening, changing hotels was not feasible at such short notice. The manager stated that if we were unwilling to accept the non-AC room, the only alternative was to cancel the booking. The only request is that if the rooms are small, accurate photos should be displayed rather than misleading images that depict spacious areas. Additionally, guests travel long distances with the expectation that they will receive the services promised on booking portals--please ensure that commitments made are honored rather than making false assurances.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights that is 18 Feb 2025 and 19 Feb 2025. In the beginning We were shown Dirty and filthy room. However We got room No 109 some what clean Room with Clean Toilet after almost 30 minutes that is when we complained to our travel agent. But we found BED BUGS on our bed when we got up in the morning. The Breakfast served was very good. But the Hotel is not at all suitable for guest because it is not maintained properly. I do not recommend this hotel to any body.

In a word: Avoid. I had selected this hotel by looking at Google ratings and the price and I regret it. Please spend more money for your family and get a better hotel. Family vacation experience would be much better in a different hotel. Room was not clean. Water glass was dirty and I had to ask them to change it. Room smelled like paint. Their excuse was paint work in nearby hotel when there was no work going on. Toilet seat was broken. Shower was rusty. Room photo is different from real one. For hot water, you have to waste 2 buckets of cold water before you receive hot water which is poor design. Staff did not offer to carry luggage when I arrived and even when I left. They were eager to tell me to put a review so that I get a discount. When I told the best discount would only be 500, he just walked away. They deliberately gave us the most pathetic room that looks like a guest house. When i asked for a better room, they showed me one that needs more stairs climbing and is 2 floors higher than reception (that already is 2 floors high) which they knew my mum, a senior citizen, would find difficult. If you are after the location, there are other hotels nearby. Morning tea was an insult. We had better tea on the street than here.

Hotel Mamta palace hotel wonderful hotel mount abu food are very nice all satf are good and friendly or palace are near by hotel|Like Sunset pint and Nike lake 500mt only by hote. Great view of mountains and valley from the room number 101. Really loved the location too much.

Cooperative staff and well mannered. Rooms are clean but not big. 30 -35 stairs need to climb to reception and room.

Rooms are good and the staff is very cooperative. The stay was great and the hotel location is good enough for spots to visit in mount abu. In short a good stay and good trip. Hotel has good view and clean rooms.thnx for hotal mamta palace .......

I stayed with my family and my entire experience was amazing.The staff was helping and service was super fast. Food here was good and hygienic.here. It's very close to nakki lakhe and near by sunset point on retal bike and taxi rooms was neat and clean.

We booked this Hotel Mamta Palace for a one night stay in August 2024. The place is not at all as they show in pictures online. The rooms were horrible. And they said they have upgraded one of the rooms. The actual pictures can be seen as shared by me in the Photos section. The only good thing about this hotel is its location, which is easily accessible to nearby spots and Nakki lake. I would not recommend this hotel in this budget.
