Overall experience of the stay at this property was very pleasant. The rooms are nice as per the prices. Room Service and hospitality are of the top quality. Food is also tasty. The quantity of the food is good enough. I would recommend having one meal at this hotel itself.

What makes this situation even more troubling is the behavior of the manager. Instead of offering a solution or clarifying the reasons behind the price change, the manager responded with disrespect and a complete lack of professionalism. A manager's role is to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for customers, but in this case, their actions only contributed to the sense of frustration and confusion. Furthermore, such behavior sets a poor example for the staff, leading to a work environment where honesty and respect are not prioritized. The staff members, who should ideally be offering assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction, seem to have been complicit in this misleading practice. Whether out of negligence or a lack of proper training, their actions suggest that the business values profit over ethical treatment of customers. Stay for 2 nights in hotel Maganji's, it was very pleasant the owner Yogi ji was very kind to provide facilities which was required the room cleanness was good. The room ambience was really very nice. The hospitality was amazing. Everything was made available within 5 min. Nice vegetarian and hygienic food. Location was near to market. Overall the stay was nice and refreshing.

We had wonderful experience at the hotel. We stayed for 1 night and the service, food was very good and the staff were very polite and ready to help. There was hot shower available 24/7. I traveled with my family and they loved it

I had been there on 14th Dec to 15th December 2024. We were 5 couple and we took 5 room. Location is good. Food is good, the best part is their service and staff behaviour. Staff is very humble. Hotel is also good maintained. Only needed the changes are required of flooring of the rooms. Need to replace wooden flooring in place of tiles. It's 4 star category hotel. Ample place for sitting out and both garden are good. Sufficient staff for providing quick services and staff is very co-operative.

Excellent location and resort ambience. 5 little turtles, ages old cactus and a soothing dog with many little things makes for a great experience at Maganji's. Definitely recommended place for stay while in Mt Abu!!

Stayed for 2 Nights. We have been given 4 bed rooms which has leakage from walls and ceiling. Due to this leakage issue, it feels colder in room than outside. In addition there was no lock to bathroom. Food was good.

Very nice family hotel. Staffs are very helpful Only veg food served here and thats a best part Just need to improve their food quality otherwise a nice family Hotel
