Disappointing Stay Experience No dental kit provided, dingy rooms with poor interior design, and an unclean toilet. The lack of lighting above the mirror added to the discomfort. Despite booking a deluxe room, it felt no better than a standard one. The bedsheets were poorly ironed, and to top it off, the receptionist was far from welcoming. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Pros: it's near nakki Lake , view from room is good Cons: staff behaviour is not good , if you are with infant ,please don't stay here . As they don't have basic amenities for infants like milk, basic food( ex. Khichdi etc.) I asked them for khichdi for my infant, they provided 5-6 hrs before cooked rice instead. Room service is not up to the mark, you have to call at reception multiple times for water and basic services.

Very disappointing with hotel people first. Becos we thought to stay here on weekday there is full and no contact to book rooms online when we book they tell breakfast not included and bla bla thing for extra money so kindly improve for booking so it's good for your customers thank you.

Nice atmosphere We booked the whole place for ourselves. Home cooked food. Rooms are spacious

Location of this hotel is great, just infront of naki lake. Best view of nakki Lake from the room.Food is also good. Over all satisfied.

Best place to stay ambience is good and food items are limited but tasty.

Very good view with good food and service I prefer Hotel lake palace every time I visit Mount Abu
