Hotel Hilltop

They do not allow to use washroom even to a girl who is pregnant without booking the room. As per govt law no hotel can say no to use washrooms.

This is bizarre. Do not go on the photos shown in the images on google, goibibo, make my trip etc. You will find the hotel in graveyard condition. Pathetic place to stay with family friends.

This is the genuine review of this hotel. If google can provide minus points I would be more happy to give that. Prices were top of the world. As soon as we entered the room there was bad smell which completely spoiled our mood. Then we entered the washroom. Toilet was super dirty and when we called them then they came and cleaned that. Hotel water was not available if you check in after 10:00AM. They don't provide water until you asked them. When we asked them they charged 40 RS for 20 Rs bottle when we argued then they said " sasti chaheye thi to market se late". Then it comes to behavior. They were so rude, a big zero on hospitality. It was a completely mess. All reviews having 5 stars , I think all are from their near and dearones. Having this experience we had to cut short our trip. On the whole this hotel is a BIG NO for family. They charged heavily amount like 5 stars hotels but couldn't provide. Single drop of water to drink. Please be aware.

Very bed hotel with disgusting service. What ever they shown online nothing in real. Only 500 value hotel. Never go with this. I just stay last week.

One of the worst hotel I have seen. No Hot water, No Service, all bedsheets and blankets are dusty. Owner and reception boy both not listening. I don't know how people given 5 *. Kindly spend extra 1 K at other Hotel.

Rooms are not clean and neat as per the pictures shown on Make my Trip I booked the room. There is no Lift availability. I carried all our luggage no staff helped us to carry luggage to the room. Not Value for money Over priced rooms.

Worst service. Nobody to hear you. Average rooms. Nice location in the entrance of Mount Abu.

Very Pleasant and nice experience Staff has been very friendly and helpful, more precisely the reception guy and restaurant staff. Room and entire hotel is well maintained, taste of the food is so awesome.
