Hotel HG Grandiose

Its pleasure to write review because review is a just a recept of doing very good service. All staff doing very nice duty. Service and food was brilliant specially non veg and local sweet dist i just forgot that dish name overall everything is perfect. When i was entering the hotel mr. Rakesh bhatti he is expert they know evey time how to do, what to do . Every thing was perfect Thank for smoothly cheakin ritesh bhatti. The location of hotel just near to polo ground And nakki lake was walking distance Thanks to all hotel team doing every thing for our family vacation.

This place was nice and clean with friendly staff. It has room service, restaurant, and staff response is fast. Some cons are the bedsheet are old- they have some stains but they were nice to change them for us at our request. Our room had difficulty getting hot water so someone had to come everyday to "fix" the issue. The convenience of having the restaurant is great and the food was decent.

We had pleasant stay at hotel .Mr Mathew Manager was very supportive and staff is very good. Food was tasty and delicious... Room are clean and beautiful ....Must visit again for Mount Abu Visit.... Thanks

Nice hotel with good rooms...clean and new...location is good near market...will recommend it.

Very bad view from window. Bedsheets and all other things like pillows and towels have stains and hair.

Best service ever . All staff are supportive. Very helpful and he gave such a nice guidance.
