HOTEL GOLDEN VEENA

Unhygenic bedding, no hot water available in this cold weather(jan) they are saying 7 to 10 but it didn't came neither they picked our call, overall such a bad experience, our room was on the top floor even the lock was not proper. We wont recommend this place for a stay

The location is at the start of Mt Abu only, 2-3 kms far from the hub, the owner & staff is very helpful and courteous. The food is excellent.

Recently stayed on this place, overall experience was okay. Wifi was very weak during my stay so was disappointed little. Had booked 2 rooms (1 with 3 people sharing and other one with 2 people sharing). Overall got a good deal as far as room rent is concerned. This place has good parking facility. A balcony view is nice, table and chairs are kept in the balcony to have snacks, drinks. Outside food and liquor allowed at this place.

Pictures uploaded are convincing but reality is really different. Bedding were dirty. Rooms were very small. The hotel wasn't the way mentioned by the owner

It was a really bad experience to come here The rooms are very bad the wifi is not available bathrooms are very unhygienic and staff are so rude

Please don't go on image which are on internet the reality is different. This hotel is not recommended for women travellers. We had a terrible experience

The service at the hotel was terrible and not worth the price we paid. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Despite booking a room for four people, we were only given two towels, and when we requested more, we were rudely declined. The overall service was poor, and there wasn't even a soap holder in the bathroom. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

3 room on each of floor on left side of building, right side of rooms are with 2 other guest house palm eminence and hilltop. These are more of a guest house than a hotel. Pro: 1. Good view ( take 2nd floor room). Location is good if you have own transport. Its on main road as soon you enter the city post the entry toll gate. 2. Free Wifi. 3. room has a small extra bed so will provide more sleeping space. Cons: 1. Road side parking, so not safe. 2. Dirty building 3. Dirty and smelly room. 2nd amd 3rd floor is smoking. Ground floor will be very noisy and expect people standing outside your room as thats both pathway as well as lobby lol. 4. Not so clean toilet, 5. noisy exhaust fan. 6. Dirty towel and poor hygine like tray used to keep glasses practically has cigerate burn marks. 7. Owner has excuse for everything. Though we were cordial to each other. 8. 9AM check out time, they hide the board. 9. No power back up at all, not even for lights/fan. Frequent power disconnection leaves room in complete dark. 10. Practically no Hot water. You really have to be sharp as soon as they switch on Hot water in morning. 11. Switched off internet at night, had to ask to switch back on. 12. No complimentry water bottles. Recommendation: ok for 1 night with sole purpose of spending thr night.
