Hotel Dev Residency Mount Abu (500mtr From Nakki Lake)

Worst hotel and worst service ever seen in any hotel. They charged 800 extra fir my 9yr old son. Total 4000 we paid and it literally feels we are living in any DHARAMSHALA. They haven't given a single RO water bottle after paying this much amount and no breakfast. No hot water after 7AM to 9AM. Bathroom condition is very pathetic Taps are leaking. Bedsheets and warmer are very dirty and after multiple follow up they changed them. Room service staff are inpatient and unprofessional. We stuck their as we paid 50% of amount via online booking else we left the hotel immediately. Our 1day trip to Mt. Abu is a waste due to thus hotel, please don't go with the reviews and photos online.

I had a terrible stay at this hotel despite pre-booking at 3500 per night. The room was in extremely poor condition - there were animals on the bed, an unbearable smell throughout the room, and everything was visibly dirty. The staff was rude and unhelpful, making the experience even worse. We couldn't bear to spend the night there and had to leave the hotel at midnight to find another place to stay. The beds were so bad that sleeping there was impossible. Overall, a horrible experience - I strongly urge others to stay away from this hotel. They don't even care about the bad reviews, they know just loot the customer one time.

Staff behaviour very Rudely, Bed was not properly sometimes generat bed noise, Hot water gate 1 small size Tub. Electric point is not properly, I have charge my mobile but some time after spark in plug. Service is not properly. Photo is Different and Really is very very Different position.I am not Happy for this Hotel.

Please, Don't go with this hotel. They took advance money. But they will not provide any services. Even they not provide complementary water bottle. Room in light not working. They have not provided Tubler and Dol for bathing. Very worst hotel experience. I would suggest please don't go this hotel.

Worst experience ever. The rooms are very dirty. No dustbin, toilet rolls were available. Drinking water they offer is very dirty and the jug of the water is also very dirty. The room is stinging. The window of the room was broken. There was no safety in the room. Bathroom lock was also broken. The total furniture of the hotel is very dirty. Horrible experience ever. And they charged us 4000 for 1 room. No breakfast or water bottle was including. Don't go there. Total waste of money. The staff is also very arrogant. The receptionist don't have mammer to talk with guests. Ho hospitality was felt. ...

I stayed at this hotel yesterday, and I had a very disappointing experience. The service was terrible, and one of the employees, Chandan, was extremely rude and unprofessional. It was an uncomfortable encounter, and it really affected my stay. The hotel needs to improve both its service and staff attitude. I would not recommend staying here, and I definitely won't be returning.

This should be the last option to stay in Mount Abu . Servuce n cleanliness are not good. Charging like a 3 star hotel n service is not even like a normal hotel.

Decent rooms with Great Views I would suggest going with those 2 double bed rooms considering the conditions of the rooms & Also they have the best views from them. Single bed rooms are very poor in condition
