Hotel Crystal Inn @ Nakki Lake

It was a very pleasant stay at hotel Crystal Inn Mount Abu. I visited there with my family. Manager Devi Singh ji is a very polite, nice human being. He took good care of us to make our trip comfortable like arranging cabs, guiding about tourist places according to our time schedule. Rooms are very good with modern amenities. Nakki Lake and market with restaurants is just 100 meters. Recommended.

We got a very spacious room for a family of 2+2 kids, it was comfortable with brand new TV (to watch IPL after a day full of roaming Mount Abu) Location of the place is superb. It is very close to Nakki Lake and also very close to the happening lane n market leading to nakki lake. Service was very good, polite and helpful. Would like to visit again

Great experience with good room service and amazing breakfast. The hotel is near the local market and it has a great view to the Nakki Lake, it's also very close to other famous locations like toad rock, honeymoon point, sunset point and BrahmaKumari Museum.

The location of this hotel is good...and the service is also good...you will get the facility of food in the hotel itself and its service is also very good...room quality is too good...overall give this hotel 8 or 9 points out of 10... my experience was good

Hotel Crystal Inn is a very good hotel to stay And Nakki Lake is visible from the hotel itself, so it is a very good place for view as well and the staff service is also good.

Place is near market, rooms are very decent. Hot water was also available. Price was also good, and last but not the least the staff was very good. Will recommend it to you for sure.

It is not worth it at all. It looks like a cheap hotel, size of rooms are very small. You will feel suffocated and develop Castro phobia. You have to call reception for every small thing. No network inside room, and their wifi shows poor connection. So we were without phone for two days. No towels, no slippers, no doormat, no water bottle, stone age tv that needs fixing every time you want to watch. over charging for activa, window faces a wall, no sunlight in the room and rude behaviour when you give this feedback to the manager.
