Hotel Chandravilas

Very bad room it's images on net doesn't match with actual. No cleaning lots of cockroaches roaming. No ambience. In morning tea time needs 35 mins to be served. Not recommended for family stay. Very bad experience. TV not working

Rooms are just decent to stay for 1-2 days. Bathrooms are old, jet spray was detached from commode, cockroaches present, bathroom door and sink have worn out. Bed linen had stains. Booking amount accepted on personal number.

Not suitable for family stay. I strongly recommend not to stay with family. There were many things which we didn't like, Toilets are very old and dirty. Room walls are damped. There is no place to hang clothes. Room service is not good. Nobody picked phone. Too much noisy environment. Phone signal will not work in room and the wifi signals are way too weak in rooms We ordered tea in morning, it came 2 hrs later and cold too. Drinking water taste is bit different. Note: I recommend this place only for people who are coming with friends to pass one night and have drinks.

Bed not comfortable. Hot water issue in bathroom during winters. We had booked heater in room but heater did not worked but we had to pay charges. Breakfast or tea not on time as kitchen staff do not wake up early. No water purifier so water was not hygienic to drink we had to purchase mineral water from outside. Tv not working in deluxe ac room.hotel bit far that is around 3km from nakki lake and not a walkable distance so we need to book a cab always which is not cost effective though hotel owner is nice who belps you to book it cost effectively. View from room balcony is nice. Bonfire is chargeable. Garden and parking is good. Few stairs need to climb up to get into room so elderly people should avoid.

Pros- good food, owner is helpful and polite, one kid named Himmat is very efficient. Ambiance is very good. Cons- don't visit the place before 7 730 AM as the main gate is locked, no one will answer the phone and staff quarters are about 150...200 feet away from the main gate. Except for that one boy, rest of the staff will not be up before 8:30... 9 AM to even to check you in. There is no proper place to wait if you reach early.

Great experience, amazing stay.... Food was so superb, definitely recommend for next stay... Staff was so humble and quick responsive for every request......

Rooms are not good and not cleaned. Room service was so bad. Behaviour of staff is not good and bad service of health kit, do not provide us towel at proper time . Hot water for bathing time was not to at perfect time . No provide to buy room in this hotel. Water charges was higher than outside .

We opt this hotel due to the good review, reasonable price and prime for the location .. The hotel is very nicely located..the rooms are very well equipped with all modern amenities.The staffs are vert polite and food at garden restaurants is very tasty Like to recommend this hotel for stay..at prime location..in mount abu .
