Hotel Ashoka Mount Abu Nakki lake

The only good thing about this hotel was that it is situated right near the main market area (1 min walking distance).||We had checked in to the hotel on 9th Oct 2024.|The first thing we were informed of was that no booking had been made in our name (even though we had paid the concerned travel agency two months before).||The room (Room no.111) where we stayed was very small, with very old furniture and a torn sofa (picture given). Their restaurant/dining hall was under renovation, and we had to have our meal in our small room with no appropriate table and chairs. The drinking water Jug/Jar that was supplied was very old and not washed properly. Do not believe the rooms shown in the internet. It is smaller and inadequate.||Hot water was available only from 7 am to 10 am.||After paying for the Deluxe suite, we were accommodated in the cheap suite.|We had a booking from 9th Oct to 11th Oct. But out of the blue, the hotel boy informs us that we must check out on 10th Oct. Such misinformed services have spoiled our stay in much-hyped|Mt. Abu.

DON'T STAY HERE. Worst Staff Behaviour I've ever seen in a Hotel. Rooms are not clean and have a weird smell. Bedsheets were dirty even after they changed it. Door locks are broken. Television doesn't work. Even the Drinking water provided was not clean and tasted Oily. Hot Water not provided on time. We didn't have a choice when we stayed here and we still don't have a choice to give 0 stars on this review.

Best Location, Best Services, Best amenities and rooms. But the in house restaurant food taste is fine.

Avoid staying in this hotel:My stay at Hotel Ashoka was unfortunately disappointing. The room I booked was far from acceptable in terms of hygiene; the pillow covers, bed sheets, and bathroom were not clean. Additionally, the staff's behavior was unprofessional and amateurish, further detracting from the experience. Considering the price of nearly 3800 per night, I expected much better standards and service. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Hotel Ashoka based on this experience.

Had one of the worst experince staying at the hotel. The room was not at all clean. The bed and pillow had stains of use from the previous customers. They had not replaced it, but just tuck it in after the check out of the previous users. They provided us with towels which was washed, but had changed color from white to yellow due to repeated use, which prompted us to keep it aside rather than use it. The bathroom was also not properly clean with its exhaust not working properly. Not fit for stay with family. The staff were unprofessional and very amateur. It is given as a 3 star hotel in google. But their interraction and the amenities they provide, would definitely not give us that impression. They had kept 3 glasses to drink water which were not at all clean. In short, i wont recommend it to any one.
