We were very happy with the service and Hospitality given by Mr. Narayan and Ms. Rakhi 9f the front office team. The house keeping and room service staff were very prompt and efficient. The security team helped us and regaled us with stories of wildlife spotting. Overall a very good experience.

I had a nice stay with my family here. Their room service is really fast. Food was simple but good. Staff is very professional and attentive. I would say overall a very wonderful place to stay in Mount Abu.

Superb location. Well designed layout of the hotel if you're prepared to climb up & down. Well appointed & well maintained rooms. Beautiful garden. Cozy restaurant. Very tasty food. But the staff, the front office persons, the house keeping attendants, the waiters in the restaurant, they all are the gems of this place. Very polite, proactive & always smiling. Special mention for Nigam Pandey & Mr Thapa of the restaurant; they add to the warm experience of dining there. Even the night guards & the parking attendants are very polite & helpful.||

We booked room 211. Room 211 was booked on Zilmil Gosalia, Neeraj Gosalia and Riya Gosalia. We were there from 27th December 2024 to 29th December 2024. We really had a good time in hotel. Room was very nice and Food was also very nice. Mr Naresh Manager, Ms Rakhi Operater helped us for booking. Staff in room service and restaurant were very cooperative.|In restaurant Nigam Pandey was very good person. Mr Abdul the magician was very good in play area.
