Hotel Aradhana Mount Abu

We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel, it was an amazing experience with resonable and perfect ambiance..the staff was really kind and helpful. Food was prepared fresh and served as per our convenience whenever asked for. Special mention for Sandeep - he was very helpful and hospitable while we were staying. Will surely visit again. Just need to work on the wifi since the network was unavailable.

This hotel was just the perfect place for my family. Amazing g place at such a reasonable price. The ambience and staff were both outstanding. We had great service, easy network access and beautiful rooms (the faux grass walls are so appealing and made you feel perfectly in sync with nature). Our India trip became memorable due to our stay at Hotel Aaradhna. I wish I had more pics, but most of the pics taken were in my parents phone.

The view was good. But no kettle service was provided and the solar panels installed at room produces water droplets sounds which will hinder the sleep also the wifi was very poor from the room

Very good hotel to stay, staffs and services excellent, rooms are well maintained. Restaurant staff very good, location the best. Safe place to stay.

Average hotel but service is below average...they even dnt recharge tatasky box ...we told them to recharge 4 to 5 times still they dnt do it and tell us about server problems and all that...

Poor quality of room amd linen. The rooms are very small with no geometric shape. Just made a room with four walls. The bed linen is of poor quality with mold over it. The room was stinking badly. The towels were torn. Toilet is very small although bathroom fittings are ok

The hotel and hotel staff are excellent. My family had a very relaxing stay here for 2 days

Hello people..this is for people who wants to book this hotel for their stay. I booked this property in July,2024. I have also seen the pics on Google and booked it.it was not good as it is on Google. So the review is here.. * The hotel is not well maintained * In rooms they have fixed wall damaged with fake green grass..that is why the Google photos does not match with current situation. * Rooms were basic *Washrooms were dirty * In the morning only hot was there to bath. * The staff was coming again n again to check water tap n I don't know wt leakage they had in their hotel downstairs. * People were drinking in common area which is not good when u r staying with your families * Staff will take the order n forget about it. Again you will have to remind them * They given the used towels. * Distance from nakki Lake is 3 km, you will need vehicle to visit places. *Fresh towels were also stained. * Even the staff was not maintaining the basic hygiene to themselves and to the property also. *No hospitality *People were drinking in common areas and trashing the whole area and till morning staff was concerned to clean this mess. After all this when I have given the feedback to the manager he said owner is out of India. And it is too hard to repair all these things. N then I asked.. to atleast clean the property do u need owner's permission?? This is ur thing to do. So please whenever u are booking this property please see this and to the owner u have such a nice place..please fix the issues. Thank you
