Extremely Disappointed - Even at a discount, not worth the money I stayed at this hotel with my family for two days, and it was an absolutely horrible experience. The rooms, especially the one in the basement, were pathetic and smelled awful. The bathroom was filthy, and the bedsheets had dead mosquitoes all over them -- clearly, cleanliness is not a priority here. The food was just as bad. I tried the chilli potato, and it was so terrible I couldn't bring myself to order anything else from their kitchen after that. What made it worse was the hotel's excuse -- they claimed the low quality was because we booked at a discounted rate through a third-party site and not directly from them. Seriously? That's your justification for providing substandard rooms and food? Even at a discount, the rooms weren't worth the money. Avoid this place if you value cleanliness, decent food, and basic respect as a guest. Edit: Despite bringing to your staff's attention the unbearable smell in the basement room we were given, and requesting a change to another vacant room, not occupied by any guest that too only to spend the night our request was bluntly refused without any genuine effort to assist or offer a solution. Furthermore, there was no miscommunication regarding the implication that the poor service was due to us booking the room at a discounted price through a third-party site and not directly from you as it was explicitly told to us that this was the reason we were given such a substandard room and service.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great amenities and value for the price. Perfect for a family trip. Highly recommended

Decent hotel but costly I felt. While I was taking a bath, the water suddenly stopped, and I couldn't do anything. My husband had to call the reception. They came, did something, left, came back again--it reached a point where I was extremely irritated because there wasn't even water to wash my hands. Finally, after some time, they found out the water tank was empty and no one had filled it. Imagine a hotel like this facing such basic issues!

Great great pet friendly place for family.. we went to celebrate our mom's 50th birthday and it was a great decision. The staff was super friendly, rooms were clean and the location is great. Food is fresh and amazing so you never have to leave the place if you're there to relax. Overall amazing experience!

Had a great experience, the villa is good and rooms are also neat and clean. All the staff are very kind and helpful. Specially Ratan Bhai, Deepak Bhai ane all the helper boys. Best place for staying in Abu.
