Hill N You - A Boutique Garden Resort

It felt very comfortable and homely at the hotel. I went there with my sister and her two kids and all of us had great time. Mr. Narayan the manager is always available for any help needed at any time and even other staff is very cooperative. Will highly recommend Hotel Hill N You if you are in Mount Abu.

Very poor customer service. Not for winters. We had 2 rooms both we booked luxury room but it doesn't look like luxurious. No heater no hot water not even good hot blankets. And they didn't had hot water service even in winter(water geazer wasn't working), and when we asked for hot water for shower Hotel manager used abusive words. Manager is very rude and uses abusive language with customers. Wifi doesn't even work. Don't go there please

Good hotel but Not for winters , only for summers. I've booked luxury room and room was good & spacious but the ceiling was tin shed and we were shivering in room with heater provided but not effective at all due to tin shed on top . Tv was just below the ceiling, it was like sitting in front row of cinema hall .How in the world one can watch tv facing upwards !! Rest staff is polite & courteous, food is good , parking is on road though they have parking in a seperate plot 100 mtrs ahead of hotel . There was continuous road noise in the room . So I've changed the hotel next day . They have small lawn which is beautiful . Hotel has caliber of becoming a great hotel only if rooms become cozy and sound proof .

Great Stay At Hill & You Resort..! Excellent Ambience & Service..! Staff Behaviour was very Good & Always Ready to Serve the Customers. Cons : Place feels little congested. Room rates are a bit overpriced (May be due to Holidays) Children Playing area and playing Activities are limited & should be increased for Greater Experience for children also..

Hotel do not provide very basic facilities like dental kit and shaving kit, up on requesting reception guy, he rudely said that we don't provide you have to carry your own. Next time we fear that whether they will provide towel, soap n shampoo or not? Now a days even a basic low cost hotel also provide these basic facilities. Reception guy told that if you want to complain on site then do it, hotel will not improve. Request to all who want to visit here should bring all facilities with them else we don't know when they stop giving anything other than rooms.
