If I could give a negative rating, I would. This property is the worst I have ever experienced. The service was abysmal, the staff were incredibly rude, and the hospitality was nonexistent. I've never encountered such terrible behavior in my life. I feel compelled to urge the Rajasthan government to award this hotel for its ability to torture guests and label it as "the worst hotel in Mt. Abu." The ambiance and experience at this hotel were defined by rudeness and a complete lack of service. The food was comparable to prison meals, the service felt like being in a strict boarding school, and the behavior of the staff was reminiscent of a mental asylum. Best in Class Hotel in Abu for sure!! Staff is soo good in all aspects.. Good Infrastructure, Nice ambience, in between touch up of nature's beauty. Location is soo accurate to reach anywhere in mount Abu.. Good for Family stays and groups.

If we can give the review in minus, still it's not suits to this property. Worstest ever experience, worstest ever hotel seen in my whole life, worstest hospitality seen in my life, worstest ever behaviour seen in mu life. I'll appeal rajasthan government to give an award to this hotel for torturing guests and with tag "the most worstest hotel in Mt. ABU" The experience & ambiance that we felt in this hotel was the veru rude behaviour and nothing as a service. Food is like a jail food, service is like a treating in a boarding school, behaviour is like a hall of psychos.... It was our biggest mistake to choose this hotel. Instead it would be great if we stay in a car....

Very worst experience ever done in life thier are lots of rats in room POP they continuously making noise whole night and from early morning they started loud noise . They charge double then others days

Nice place to stay in maunt Abu ,good atmosphere ,good location,also in campfire, restaurant,DJ and sitting area at roof ,u have to see forest view opposite Hotel.

Worst to stay Food ok but not provide heater in too much cold even if health not well .Worst And Wrost Service Not like to Stay all Trip mood off After stay there
